I stayed here for a family suprise reunion and wanted a place that was close to my family home but still gave me some space from all the commotion! The River Park studio was an amazing place to enjoy everything that the San Juans and Western Colorado has to offer! I was born and raised in the area and know what is around and I can honestly say, that this place is the best in the area! Sure beats any hotel, motel, or condo that I have ever seen! I am a big fan of the architectural style of the Mid-Century/industrial style and it had everything that I was looking for! Very conveniently located to everything that you could want or need! Ouray, Telluride and even Montrose are an easy car ride away! The hosts are very friendly and I am a big fan of Oso the dog! As a dog lover and owner, it was nice to see a happy doogie at the house! I hope to return soon with my own dog so that Oso can have friend to play with!Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Everything about the River Park Studio exceeded our expectations, we would highly recommend making this your home base while exploring the San Juan Mountains, Ridgway, Telluride, Ouray and Silverton. The large open studio was bright with lots of windows, had a very relaxing and welcoming feel, a view of Mt. Sneffels, privacy, a nice kitchen for light cooking, and owners Matt and Lindsay were a delight. The Studio is located in a nice neighborhood adjacent to the River Walk which is a lovely, quiet, well maintained path great for dog walking. There is wonderful hiking all around this area, we love coming here for vacation and will be back to stay here again and again. Thank you Matt and Lindsay for sharing your studio with us.Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Everything you'd need for a great price. Would absolutely stay here again! It's adorable and a great location in Ridgeway. Everything was spotless upon arrival and it was clear all sheets had been freshly washed. Highly recommend this studio for your next trip! :)Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: Matt and Lindsay Hepp purchased a lot in River Park a month after getting married in 2007. While Lindsay was at grad school, Matt built the 'Phase 1' garage/studio. Jonah Hepp came into this world May 5, 2010, delivered naturally right there in the studio!! Since the studio was filling up, Matt and Lindsay built on the 'Phase 2' home (attached, yet separate).
