What a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday to East Glacier Park. It is secluded in a pine forested, small private neighborhood on the quiet and quaint west side of town. It's beautiful, surrounded by aspen forests, lush green meadows, ponds and all of nature with an outstanding backdrop of snowcapped mountain peaks. This is a comfortable and well maintained house with a spacious layout that really makes you feel at home. There are two cozy bedrooms with plush queen beds, flat screen TVs and log furniture. The large living room has a couch that folds out into another queen bed. For entertainment there is a large flat screen satellite TV and an organ. The house is warmly heated by a central air system. The bathroom has a large sink area and a large walk in shower. A good sized kitchen with island is fully equipped and nicely decorated and there is a laundry room. There is also a bunkhouse right near the main house with two twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids.
Relax on a wrap around deck and enjoy birds, wildlife, crisp sunshine in the morning or cool in the evening. Or choose to sit around a campfire ring in the yard. Flowers border a circular driveway with plenty of parking space. Free, secure WiFi and a phone with free local and long distance calls. Housekeeping service is included and a free breakfast.
Walk to restaurants, shops, golfing, fishing, hiking trails, bus tours and horse riding. Car rentals, the Amtrak Station, churches and all services are available in town. East Glacier Park is the gateway town to the spectacular east side of Glacier National Park, where a full range of recreational opportunities await. Short rides will take you to magnificent scenery, wildlife viewing, boat rides on mountain lakes, hiking trails, picnic areas, sunsets, sunrises and alpenglow in the Two Medicine, St. Mary's and Many Glacier Valleys. Going to the Sun Highway, one of the most famous roads in the world, follows up St. Mary's Valley, over the Continental Divide surrounded by breathtaking vistas of snow capped peaks, mountain glaciers and the GardenWall.
The Park offers guided nature walks and evening programs at many locations. Lots of restaurants, shopping, information centers and other services are available all along the way. At the end of your day relax on your deck in the cool fresh mountain air. Nightlife can be found in town for those so inclined.

About the owner: FROM JAYNE AND ERNIE....We are pleased to share our summer home with you. Jayne's family has owned the house next door for 50 years, so when the opportunity came around for us to buy this home, we were very excited. Our boys love it here, but we are a busy family and we don't get to use the house as much as we would like. So we've decided to share our home with visitors to East Glacier Park. Enjoy your stay and beautiful Glacier National Park.
