Welcome Home to the Cottage! This is a modern, custom-built guest house featuring all new appliances, furniture and decor. Tastefully decorated, the 700 square foot house includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, gas log heater, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, cable TV with DVD/VCR, and a large tiled full bathroom.
The large bedroom contains a queen bed and there is a comfortable sofabed in the living room. The front porch offers views of the mountains and a nicely landscaped fenced yard. This is an immaculate cottage with beautiful architectural details.
The Cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Salida, within easy walking distance of historic downtown with its fine restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, and the Arkansas River. It is easy to find - six blocks from Highway 50. Hot Springs, fishing, rafting, skiing and biking are all within minutes.
Published seasons and rates are for pricing purposes only. Actual availability is subject to owner use. Three night minimum in summer and holidays; two nights may be approved at other times with $45 cleaning fee. A $19 booking fee is waived if cleaning fee is charged. Two night reservations may be taken at "last minute" during high season and holidays but won't be taken more than 2 weeks in advance. Dogs with conscientious humans are welcome with $10/night fee.
