We have just completed a professional renovation on this gorgeous vacation home, which has 1,417 sq. ft. of living area.
The villa is conveniently located in a gated community that is just 1.5 miles to the gates of Disney! Mystic Dunes Golf Club is only 3min away by car.
Everything is new in this home, including accent painted walls, new furniture, brand new bedding and kitchen appliances. You will enjoy the Master Suite with king size bed, flat panel TV and a private bathroom. The two other colorfully decorated upstairs bedrooms offer 2 twin-sized beds in one, and queen-size bed in the other, with a flat panel TV in each room, which can provide many flexible sleeping arrangements. This great home also has a sofa sleeper in the living room which makes it available to sleep up to 8 people.
The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and breakfast area with 2 bar stools. There is a new formal dining area, and a nicely appointed living area with a flat panel TV, a DVD player and Free high speed wireless internet and free local and long distance throughout North America! There is a wii player with basic games, or you can bring your own games to have some fun. For your convenience, the home has a new washer and dryer. Crib, highchair and stroller is available upon request.
After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and tranquility of the screened patio which overlooks a soothing private lake where you will be able to watch birds native to the area come to the water.
The clubhouse features a lagoon-style pool (heated in the winter months) that has shallow parts and very children-friendly, a children’s play area with a dancing fountain, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court. There is a state of the art fitness center, a game room,even a kitchen. A new BBQ installation will soon be open in July. Oakwater offers a family-friendly atmosphere and recreational activities to suit all ages.
The Resort is also a short drive away from Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney's Wild Animal Kingdom, excellent restaurants and shopping (premium-brand outlet shopping and upscale dining in Celebration are all within 15min away). There is a supermarket less than 5min away by car. It is less than half an hour away from Florida International airport.

We stayed in this Condo for 2 months January-March 2013. The listing is very accurate and the the photos are exactly what is there. The location was awesome; close to anything you would want; Shopping; Dining; Site Seeing. Only 1 1/2 hour to the coast. The unit was very clean, well maintained; comfortable and satisfactorily equipped. Very short walk to pool and club house. The community is very clean, quiet, and the pool area is excellent for retired peoples and children alike. The owner was very accommodating to resolve the few minor questions/situations we had. We would definitely recommend this location and will definitely return.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful home. It was exactly as pictured and the owner was very quick to answer any questions. The location was fantastic and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere while just being minutes away from the bustle of busy Orlando attractions. Would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our family needed a space last minute in the Orlando area and we found this property on VRBO. All I can say is that the owner was more than accomodating and very willing to work with us. He was exceptionally quick in replying to emails and returning phone calls. He made us very comfortable in renting with him and also was fast in returning our deposit. The condo itself is gorgeous and has been completely redone. It met every need that we had. I will rent here again and would recommend it anyone. Nice place!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
