  We loved our time in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we could want. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we could ask for. It really was a home away from home :) The location was perfect, right on the beach. It was very quiet despite the ongoing construction outside. Also great about the location, a grocery store right across the street, open 24/7. Lincoln rd is just 10 minutes on foot. Mark was very helpful providing us with information leading up to and during our trip. He even came by to introduce himself which was lovely. We would love to stay here again. I recommend this condo to everyone.

  My family and I thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us last month. It was even more fabulous than the pictures. You met us there upon our arrival and acquainted us with the area, and told us to call you at anytime if we had problems or questions. We called you for directions to restaurants and you couldn't have been nicer. The first morning the ocean view from your balcony window took our breath away as we watched the kite boarders soaring through the sky over the water. We couldn't wait to get out on the beach. The next day we watched our grandson swim in the huge pool overlooking the ocean. It doesn't get any better than that! We had been told by you that there was some construction going on and it could possibly be noisy at times, but we had no such problems. Thank you again, Mark, for a wonderful week in your picture perfect condo. Sincerely, Ruth P.S. Save us a week next summer!!!

  The apartment has excellent sea view, is very comfortable and has good amenities and the service is very friendly (doorman, valet parking, etc). During the stay the building was under construction on the balconies, just was a little noisy in the morning, the rest of the day was all good. The owner provide good customer service and I´ll recommend this property to my friends. Miami is a beatiful city, offers differents restaurants and the best for me is "Osteria del Theatro" on Washington and Spañola Way.

  I had a simply wonderful time staying at this condo for an extended weekend with some friends. It was great to relax on the beach and soak up the warm sun. I spent one afternoon lounging by the pool while enjoying an amazing view of the ocean and a delicious club sandwich. I loved walking along the boardwalk and stopping in for a drink at one of the many beautiful outdoor restaurants. One evening we rented a bike and road all the way to the end of Miami Beach to watch the giant cruise ships come in. I highly recommend this. Construction was going on during my stay at this condo, and although it was load at times, it really didn't bother me. I was more focused on the beautiful scenery. Thanks Mark!

  Thank you Mark for a beautiful stay. We enjoyed the fantastic view of the beach, cleanliness and stylish feel. We only stayed for 3 days, but next time we hope to stay the full week. The construction woke us up at 8am during the week, but it wasn't that bad, and it was good to get up and enjoy the beautiful Miami asap. Thanks again. Maria

  Both the condo and the owner, Mark were lovely! I recently stayed at his condo for 6 days with my husband, mom and 1 year old daughter. Upon arrival we had our car valet, which is part of the luxuries of the blding itself, which is GREAT! We got up to the condo and Mark was there waiting for us. The place itself was clean and neat, has a beautiful view of the ocean. We found that the mattress was a little firm for us, but that he had a memory foam mattress topper that was put on and it was perfect! We stayed in the condo while they were doing construction on the balconies, which, I cant lie was a bit annoying, but not the owners fault or a fault of the unit itself. The location was wonderful, I was able to get up in the AMs and run on the boardwalk, we took our daughter to both the pool and the beach. We were able to walk into downtown S. Beach, drive everywhere easily, The doormen were kind and helpful, the valet was also wonderful and if you called for your car it was ready when you got there. There was a Publix 4 mins away, a walgreens across the street, a Fresh Market about 8mins drive, restaurants nearby, etc.. We def. plan to stay there again when we go to Miami in the future. Thanks Mark for being very helpful and accessible during our visit.

  The apartment was great! Very well located and convenient. Although the building was going under balcony refurbish, the noise wasn't that bad. Both pools where available. That mark and jeff for your hospitality.

  Owner response: So happy that these guests were happy and that the balcony construction wasn't disturbing. Since there is no work done on Weekends and since work stops on the other days at 4:30 pm; and since our guests normally spend their days lounging on the beach, our guests don't seem to be bothered. Hope we see them again next year when the outdoor areas and pools are completely redone and beautiful!

  Highly recommended. A great view and well appointed condo makes it as comfortable as if you were at home. A great surprise greeted us in that construction on the balcony had not yet started and we were able to sit out on the balcony. Waking up to the sunrises over the ocean simply cannot be beat. The location makes it easy to get to and from the airport. Walgreens across the street had adequate supplies so if you dont have a car you are fine with South Beach and Liicoln Road Mall easily accessed via the boardwalk. If you do have a car the available Valet service is a huge bonus with staff being prompt and courteous. Thanks Katy. Had numreous great meals on Ocean Blvd and Lincoln with our favorite being the Van Dyke, again great staff. Would not recommend Rosa Mexicanna especially if you have visited them in New York although if you need your Guacamole fix go for it. Weather was great Ocean was warm. favorite time having wine on the beach at sunset. Thanks Mark

  We recommend this unit to anyone wanting a fabulous beach view with clean and comfortable accommodations! This was our first ever rental through Homeaway and we were very impressed. Sitting out on the large balcony in the mornings and evenings, was my favorite thing! The bed was very comfortable; and a nice kitchen with all necessary appliances including a full fridge with icemaker. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the owner, Mark, is very accommodating. He personally met us at check-in to be sure everything was satisfactory and gave us a contact number in case we had any issues during our stay. The pools at the unit are wonderful! Beach towels are provided poolside and the loungers are comfortable. I especially loved that the pools are above the parking garage which means you have a great view of the beach, in addition to having a pleasant breeze coming off the water to keep you comfortable. The valet parking is wonderful as parking is a problem in the South Beach area. When we did use the car (which wasn’t often) the valet service was great. There is a brick paver walkway between the condo and the beach, which is a nice alternative to using the sidewalks on the main drag. The beach walkway is lit at night and patrolled by security guards. We walked back from the Ocean Drive area after dinner several times and felt very safe. In fact, we felt very safe every place we went in South Beach. We only took the car when we went to the nearby Publix (grocery store) and over to the mainland to Vizcaya. If you like historical buildings (such as Flagler Museum or the Biltmore House) then Vizcaya is a “must do”. The gardens are spectacular! Be sure to spend the few extra dollars for the headphone self-guided tour. It’s full of very interesting facts. It took us a good 3 hrs or more to walk through the gardens and house (and listen to the audio tour). For quiet nights at the condo, there is a nice size flat screen TV, DVD player, and surround sound system with Ipod docking station. If you want to watch a movie, you can rent them from the Red Box at Walgreens across the street from the condo. The location is great! For daytime activities, there is jet skiing and parasailing on the beach right behind the condo, bicycling along the beach walk, etc. Or you can just relax and sunbathe at the pool or beach. There is a huge variety of great restaurants and nightlife in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Rates are subject to change until event is confirmed.

This luxury unit normally rents for a minimum of $2,100 - $3,500 per week. However, due to exterior balcony/pool construction, the rate has been reduced for all periods through Dec 2013 by at least $500 per week to compensate for the resulting disturbance. During this period the balcony is not accessible but at least one pool shall be open.
