Hard to believe the value of this rental. A clean, nicely decorated, comfortable condo with a great view of the ocean. Laundry, 2 tvs with dvd players and good movies, dishwasher, coffeemaker with coffee supplied, full kitchen, excellent price. The owners were easy to deal with, and actually offered to allow us to check in a day early if the previous renters had vacated early enough to accommodate us. We didn't take advantage of the offer, but still managed to check in by noon of the appointed day. Excellent accommodations in the heart of the Grand Strand. I have a bit of a golf affliction, so my only disappointment was the lack of The Golf Channel to watch the Thursday and Friday PGA tournament coverage. But then the view takes care of that small disappointment. Thanks Maria and Michael. We'll be back.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I had a perfect stay at Roxanne Towers. It was a great off season vacation. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for the last 25 years and this condo ranks up there with any with any we have stayed at. It was clean, well maintained and had a decor that made us feel at home. The owners were very easy and pleasant to do business with.

Our stay at Roxanne Towers was a pleasant experience. The condo that Michael and Maria Waldrop allowed us to stay in was immaculate! We felt like we were home right away. The decor was outstanding...beautiful pictures, furniture, bedcover, etc. The view of the sun rising from our condo was inspiring. We plan on returning again next May.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Amazing location (walking distance to the boardwalk and quick drive to Broadway on the Beach)! The beach area was large and did not feel crowded. The condo is cute and well decorated. Would highly recommend to friends and plan to return ourselves! Thanks for sharing it with us!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Amazing location (walking distance to the boardwalk and quick drive to Broadway on the Beach)! The beach area was large and did not feel crowded. The condo is cute and well decorated. Would highly recommend to friends and plan to return ourselves! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Review Submitted August 12, 2012 Date of Stay August 8, 2012 I just returned from my getaway to Myrtle Beach. I'm very happy I chose to rent Michael and Maria's condo. The condo was exactly as described and the photos are very accurate. The decorations and furniture was very nice and the condo was extremely clean. Everything from my first communication with Michael through check in/out was easy. Finally, this location is very good and close to all the attractions and only a short walk from the boardwalk. My only negative comment I can make is that the common areas of the hotel (elevators, hallways, pool) need to be updated, and the hotel chains the pool gate shut at night. I didn't spend any time at the pool so this didn't affect my stay though. I definitely plan to rent this condo on my next trip to Myrtle Beach!

Perfect Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Roxanne. I can not say enough about the owners. Everything was top notch and their hosptality was above and beyond. Room was perfect and 3rd floor location has a great view of the ocean and makes elevator time much shorter. With the washer/dryer in the room you can pack light! I would recommend this property to all! You will be staying at a great central MB local within two blocks of the new boardwalk. You can walk to the 14th Street Pier and enjoy a wonderful meal at the Pier 14 Resturant (Recommend the Grouper Crustatian!). It is also close to the downtown activities and honestly you have your choice of things to do...Enjoy the SkyWheel, Boardwalk Concerts and shopping to mention a few. Hope everyone enjoys as much as we did!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

PERFECT place... awesome views of ocean and sunrise... Everything you need...BRING BEACH CHAIRS tho...You can walk out the condo and be in the ocean in about 2 minutes.. Would definitely stay here again..Nice Bedding and Linens too!

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The condo has been updated beautifully. The owners have put a lot of thought and planning into the space! We weren't as impressed with the rest of the building. (lobby, elevators, and pools) The views from the condo were fantastic! It was within walking distance to the convention center which was key for us.

I was so taken on this beautiful condo . It is well decorated and have the top of the line furniture. The view of the condo is awesome....I was able to see the sun rise and set sitting from the balcony. Restaurants , amusement and entertainment around the boardwalk area is just steps away from the condo. I was celebrating my birthday it was great. I will definitely go back if it's available. This is a great condo with a great ocean view. This condo has been decorated with only the best of the best. No tacky decorations. Next to the ferris wheel and great place for family with lazy river pool and hot tub. This place also has indoor pool. I will definately will stay here again Karen Mcgahey
