  This place was awesome! We stayed here while visiting Arches and it was the perfect retreat. The home was clean, comfortable and wonderfully equipped. It was great to have a grill on the back patio. And the pool and spa are just a quick walk down the street -- so nice after a long day of hiking! Our group consisted of 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 babies and there was plenty of room, beds/bedding and towels for everyone. And the price was amazing! The owner, Tania, prices this place very competitively. We love a good deal, and this place cannot be beat. Tania is also extremely attentive. I emailed her a few times before our trip to ask questions and she always responded within the hour. That gave me great peace of mind. I can't say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be repeat visitors!

  Great accommodations for a ladies mountain bike weekend. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

  It was a great place to stay. We had everything we needed. The condo is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, it looks new and has provided all needed things. There is sufficient area for group of 6 adults. The owner responds quickly to questions. Very happy with everything about it.

  This was our first time staying at this property and it was outstanding! The listing was accurate, the property was very clean and you could tell well maintained. We found the owner to be extremely pleasant and helpful In our phone conversations and meeting the her just after we arrived. She made sure that everything was in order when we arrived and made sure that we knew she was local and available if we needed anything at all during our stay. We are Moab regulars traveling here at least 2 times per year. We have stayed at many different properties and this is by far one of our favorites. We look forward to staying here again next Spring when we again attend the Skinny Tire Festival.

  We enjoyed our stay, however, the only television in the unit was in the front room and very small, this was disappointing. The unit was clean, however, when we arrived a kitchen cupboard door came off the hinges when opened and we fixed it. We would recommend this unit as long as your expectations aren't too high, it is very basic.

  Owner response: Diane, Thank you for staying at 3456 Tierra Del Sol. In your review you stated the TV was very small. The less than one year old,"flat screen" was placed in the living room for visitor viewing after a big day in our beautiful, wide open landscape. I made the decision specifically not to have TV's in each bedroom so guests can play hard and sleep well. Regarding the kitchen cabinet door coming off the hinge, I apologize for the inconvenience. If you had called me I would have come over immeediately to repair it. I leave contact information in the unit for instances like this and appreciate being called if there is a problem. My personal touches (fruit basket, granola bars, etc) are not standard in most condo rentals - all the furnishings, kitchenware, bedding were selected with design and comfort in mind and I feel the word "basic" to describe the unit is a misnomer. All our guest are very happy and satisfied with our beautiful and comfortable condo, many of them are repeat customers.   We really enjoyed our stay in Moab. The unit was as described, in good condition and well appointed. The owner was highly responsive and great to deal with. The owner had gone above and beyond the typical in providing holiday decorations which was really appreciated since we were vacationing over Christmas. We visited the National Parks everyday. I'd definitely recommend this property.

  I spent 9 wonderful nights and days at this beautiful home. The listing was highly accurate regarding the general location and the property's appearance and amenities. The house was very clean and well-equipped with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. I liked the well-stocked kitchen supply of plates, dishes, glasses, cooking tools and appliances. The washer and dryer were appreciated as well as the nice Bar-B-que. The owner was very helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to stay in Moab. Moab is a beautiful place with all the stores and restaurants you need. It is near Arches and Canyonland National Parks and a short drive from other beautiful places. I plan on returning again in 2013. Dan

  We loved staying here. It was truly our home away from home for the duration of our stay. The home was fully supplied with all the accessories necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Comfortable and homey ambiance. A very nice gesture by the owner welcomed us! We strongly recommend this home for all travelers visiting this area.

  Tania's house in Moab is great. Everything was brand new and in perfect condition. Very nice house to stay in. I will be back for sure!
