We had a ladies week the first of April 2007 at this beautiful condo. It was clean, nicely decorated, had lots of amenities, and the deck was fabulous. From the minute we walked through the front door and saw the view we were sure it was going to be a great week. This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Ramsgate Harbour and this was the best condo. Being on the first floor was great, only a short walk to the beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, this is the place.

Where else can you find such a wonderful place to stay with a beautiful and a peaceful serene environment. Emerald Coast? How about Paradise Lost! Close to major summer activities but far enough away to allow for contemplation and enjoyment of nature. For nature lovers like us, seeing so many uncommon shore birds is a thrill. Seen any dolphins breaching lately? The condo is immaculate and very well appointed with a balcony overlooking the Gulf. The facilities (pool and grounds) are very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet beach, this was lovely. The condo is nicely decorated, but the best decoration is right out the window. What pretty water and soft sand! Logistically it was nice to be on the lowest level and on the end (extra windows). Having lived in noisy apartments, I was concerned about possible noise from neighbors, but it wasn't a problem. This beach was full of families and retired folks. Did not see one obnoxious person there. I was there in April when it was a bit cooler so it was nice at night to leave the door cracked and hear the ocean. We liked eating out on the patio as well.

We were able to enjoy this property in the middle of July, 2010. It was wonderful. The condo is extremely comfortable, newly remodeled, super clean, quiet, relaxing and fun. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials. The Winn Dixie is super convenient for the grocery part as well. The pool was just steps away. My 5 & 7 year old wanted to swim in the pool even though the beautiful Gulf was just steps away. And, ahhhh, the beach. Fantastic. No oil, btw. The office management was super helpful, too. We've been to this area several times and this was the best stay so far. Thank you, Wert family, for an excellent vacation property.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had such a great time at the Wert's Condo. This place was everything they claimed it would be and more. The actual web page under-sold this property. It was very clean, an awsome view and everything worked as promised!! The beaches in the area were "Off the Charts". We have been to many beaches in Florida and this one takes the blue ribbon. Our 4 kids had a great time playing in the shallow, emerald color ocean, and my wife and I enjoyed sitting along the water and watching the awsome sunsets. The Wert's even called us to make sure everything was going well!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great, spacious, clean and well furnished condo on the beach!!

We had the best time. The patio with the porch swing is the best. We also enjoyed collecting sand dollars and swimming and kayaking. Great weather very warm with a nice ocean breeze. So peaceful and serene. Cant wait to go again.
