Beautiful, tropically decorated, large condominium overlooking the second largest pool on Pensacola Beach. This is the Sans Souci condo and is directly on the Gulf at Pensacola Beach. Shelling galore, restaurant across the street, gulf and intracoastal views to die for. No smoking. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS 2 BEDROOM WITH ONE KING BED AND TWO QUEEN BEDS . IT HAS TWO BATHS. If this unit is booked, please ask me about my other wonderful VRBO properties.

Why the Owner Chose Sans Souci
This condo is directly on the Gulf; no roads to cross and is directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's restaurant the favorite of the locals.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is the Penthouse condo and the views from our the living room and even from the kitchen are spectacular. This is the best place on the island to watch the Blue Angel air show. You can see miles of shoreline, the entire Santa Rosa island, the night lights of the island and the intracoastal waterway. You will think you are in heaven as you watch the dolphins play in the blue waters.

Mike is a retired Navy Supply Corps Commander and Diane is a ballet teacher. He knows clean and she knows nice. So you get a very clean, very nice condo that we use ourselfs. It has everything you need to stay 3 days to 3 months. Come and enjoy our Parasise.

We relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our time. Rising early to watch the sun come up over the beach and bay and then relaxing with breakfast in the condo was our daily plan. The condo was very clean and roomy. It was the second time we had stayed and found it delightful.

It was our first time to Pensacola Beach in October and our first time at San Souci. What a wonderful condo! The view was fantastic; the sunrises were indescribable! Mike was such a pleasure to deal with; extremely accomodating. We look forward to coming back!

3 generations of summer, Pensacola, 5 Flags vacations were interrupted by Ivan in 2004. We tried Destin, way too crowded and congested.and further away, Navarre mm ok,. We tried a few in Pensacola after Ivan recovery. This was our first time at San Soucci and we cannot wait to get back. The condo was well appointed, great view, easy beach access, huge clean pool, conveniently located, We love the beach and also had time to tour Fort Pickens, visit Casino Beach to see the sand sculptures and walk the pier, saw a large sea turtle, ate great meals at Peg Leg Petes and Flounders, as well as cooked in. The local owner was very nice.

Our family just returned from a 5 day vacation. This condo was just like being at home it was nice and clean. Mike is very easy to work with and talk to. I have wonderful pictures taken of the sunsets from the balcony that will be a reminder of our exciting and fun trip. I would recomend this condo to anyone wanting to get away even just for a few days.

This condo was furnished as if it had been done by and for the convenience and comfort of permanent residents. I was most pleased to find that the condo was “as advertised” in all aspects. It was very clean, convenient and secure and provided the atmosphere for a wonderful winter vacation. The balcony furnished wonderful views of the gulf, the area and beautiful sunsets. Everything was in good working order and all needs had been anticipated. Besides very comfortable beds, the bedrooms had more than an ample amount of closet and drawer space which provided plenty of storage to keep the rooms clutter free. There were plenty of hangers in the closets and all kinds of cleaning supplies and equipment were available for quick cleanups. The washers and dryers located on the ground floor for all condo dwellers and the assigned sheltered parking place were both especially appreciated. Mike was very helpful in making arrangements and providing for all our needs. I look forward to returning.

Just spent 7 - 8 days at Sans Souci. Was very clean / comfortable and convenient. The pool was excellant and the view spectactular. Location also was a plus. Excellant and secure condo. Highly Recommended.

Mike thank you so much for the wonderful accomadations. The condo was beautiful! My family said it was the best vacation we have ever had. We look forward to coming back next summer. We enjoyed every morning watching the dolphins from the balcony. We were on the beach every day. We also enjoyed the fishing and crabbing and sitting on the balcony in the evening listening to the live band at Peg Leg Petes. The food was great too! It was paradise for us and we cant wait to return. Thanks for making everything so easy. See ya next year for sure!!!

Just returned from four nights at the San Souci. IT was great, just as stated in the ad. Mike was great to meet and work with. There were not surprises, the place was modern, clean and we have a great time. Would do again.

My family recently stayed at this beach condo. It by far beats any vacation we have taken. The place was very clean. We loved being on the gulf and just a trolley ride away from the boardwalk. I plan on using this condo for future vacations, there was never a dull moment.
