This fantastic family retreat sits on two private, lakefront lots on the Gravois Arm (five mile marker) and offers guests a panoramic view of the lake. The two-story home has a open floor plan with three bedrooms and two baths. The home has been newly redecorated and reflects a cabana feeling inside and outside the home.
Guests enter the home on the second level or upper level and its open balcony overlooks the large downstairs living room. Upstairs off the balcony are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size iron bed and large walk-in closet. The larger bedroom has two full-size iron beds. Both bedrooms share a Hollywood bathroom with a tub shower.
Downstairs contains the main living area and master bedroom. Guests enjoy the vaulted living room with a beautiful ceiling fan, sky lights, and large fireplace, a large dining room, and a large kitchen with a breakfast bar. Downstairs also includes a large master bedroom with lots of closet space and a master bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Do not forget the exterior features of the home! Guests can enjoy the large, screened-in porch that overlooks the lake or relax anywhere on the massive, 1000-square-foot, gazebo-covered deck with its patio furniture, lounge chairs, and three-person swing. Nature lovers will enjoy observing and exploring the adjacent, lakefront lot that is filled with native bird and wildlife. Water lovers will enjoy having access to a large, covered, two well dock with an attached sun deck.
