Unique opportunity to rental share a prime Creekside luxury home in Pine Canyon with great views above Trout Creek Park. This home was professionally furnished with high quality furniture and decorations, not what you will find in most short term rental houses.
Downstairs. There is a 63' plasma TV above the wood burning stone fireplace in the great room. The kitchen has two sinks and Viking and Sub Zero appliances. The family room has a 65' plasma TV, wii and PS2 video games, and a pull out couch. There is a also a master bedroom downstairs with a king size bed, 42' plasma TV above the gas fireplace, a jetted tub, and access to the deck.
Upstairs. The upstairs master has a king size bed, 46' LCD TV, and a comfortable lounge chair. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. The first has a queen bed and the second has a bunk bed with a trundle. Both upstairs bathrooms feature sky lights. Finally upstairs there is the 'Harry Potter' room which has a 3' door and is set up as a kids play room.
The highlight really though is the wrap around deck with views of the park and lake below. The deck has a built in BBQ, a dining table with six chairs, a couch, 2 club chairs with ottomans, and 2 chaise lounge chairs. You can literally watch your kids play in the park below while relaxing on the deck. Who said parenthood had to be tough?
The house has been lightly used and meticulously cared for. All in, the place will sleep 11 comfortably. For the techies, there are plenty of electronics in the house including high speed internet, hi def TV, Wi-Fi, video games, blue rays, and a desktop computer with a 24' screen.
This is a terrific vacation home for a family with kids and a terrific opportunity to share the changing seasons of Flagstaff with your family (such as the fall color, skiing, sledding, hiking, fishing, and of course just to escape the heat of the summer) without the hassle and cost of vacation home ownership or renting individual weeks and moving in and out with each visit. At 7000', it's 25-30 degrees cooler than Phoenix and only 2 hours away.
Offering is a lease is with 50% usage rights over a 12 or 24 month lease term with alternating holidays and weekends as mutually agreed by the parties in advance. (We can be reasonably flexible with how we split up the weeks.) Lease price includes all utilities, cable TV, internet, security, and snow removal. Cleaning fees, if applicable, and sales tax are extra. This is a unique opportunity... there is nothing else like this available in northern Arizona today.
