We provide free beach service with padded lounge chairs and umbrella set up each morning on the sandy beach by attendants at no cost to our renters. Spend your beach vacation in the exclusive luxury of the Gulf Crest Resort Condominium. We provide our guests with a complimentary pair of padded lounge chairs with umbrella and attendant on the sandy beach (a $100 weekly value free to our renters) through mid October. Come enjoy the beach, the views, the pools and spas, free high speed internet access via cable modem, and Sony 57 inch projection TV with Sony surround sound and Bose speakers.
Our spacious two bedroom, two bath condo provides 1,700 square feet of living space for you and your family to spread out and relax. All rooms have 9'4" ceilings with three large rooms across the Gulf: the master bedroom, living room, and dining room all with direct Gulf front views and balcony access.
Our condominium is directly on the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Come enjoy the breathtaking view from the fifteenth (15) floor. Each floor at the Gulf Crest has only seven condominiums, and the building is served by three high-speed elevators. Our Gulf front vacation retreat is decorated in the contemporary style with high quality furnishings and all the comforts of home.
Gulf Crest 1503 has a huge thirty-nine foot long balcony with over 350 square feet for entertaining right on the Gulf. The nearly 1,400 square feet of air conditioned space accomodates up to six (6) guests. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and an oversized bunk bed area off the dining room. There are ceiling fans in the living room, dining room, and both bedrooms.
The kitchen has Corian counter tops and GE Profile appliances. The bathroom sinks, bath tubs, and showers are cultured marble. The master suite includes a walk-in closet, private water closet, a washer/dryer off the bathroom, a Gulf front view, and sliding door to the balcony.
The living room and dining room are both Gulf front, and have a total span of twenty-six feet viewing directly toward the Gulf of Mexico. Our condominium also includes a designated covered parking space at the second garage level on the side closest to our condominium.
Particular entertainment features include the wide screen projection TV in the living room with cable, HBO, and DVD/VCR/CD/MP3 player with Sony surround sound receiver and AM/FM with Bose 301 speakers; 27 inch TVs in the bedrooms with cable, DVD, and VCR players; and high-speed DSL internet access for your laptop computer. Local telephone service is free.
The Gulf Crest Condominium Resort includes nearly 300 feet of Gulf beach, two long swimming pools (one heated year round), two outdoor heated Jacuzzi baths, and a kiddie pool. There are two pool-side gazebos, with chaise lounges, and chairs surrounding the pool deck. There is a pool level fitness spa, a boardwalk dune walk-over to the beach, free beach service for two, outside showers, and pool side bar-be-que grills.
Our price always includes the cost of cleaning after departure and all sales and lodging taxes. There are no other costs to renters. We rent weeks Saturday to Saturday. Discounts for multi-week stays in late April and late September. Pro rated refunds given for any nights missed due to early departure or late arrival because of hurricane evacuation.

Starting in 2009 there will be a separate $20 registration fee charged at check-in on site by the Gulf Crest guest services office. A parking pass and pool security bracelets will be issued at the time of check-in. |
