This is a honeymoon and wedding rental why because everything is so beautiful the studio also the surrounding area
This studio is set in one and a half acres of landscaped gardens it has modern fixtures and fittings that make our guests vacation comfortable. Which also boasts a swimming pool.
It even has its own personal fitted kitchen or for those lazy guests why not get a full catering service for £120 GBP or $338 USD per week.
All you would have to do is buy the food that , you and your family like to eat we have a caretaker who will purchase all the items on your behalf,
We also have two great ladies who cook for our guest upon request.
All you would have to do is go with the ladies and buy the food.
Unlimited air con, cable TV, fitted kitchen, separate top of the range shower room also separate WC.Washing machine and dryer for or guests to use.
The grounds boast a variety indigenous fruits and flowers.
There is also a swimming pool, gazebo and barbeque facilities and has this beautiful studio, light spacious, and contemporary this is a new and fresh build.
There is the most beautiful beach within 5 minutes with many activities this beach has a beautiful bar and restaurant also a gym i.e. Jet skiing, Scrubber diving and a whole lot more.
There is also horse riding facilities within 5 minutes of the villa.
This studio has the latest fixtures and fittings i.e.
Top of the range shower unit and changing room, flat Screen TV full cable package, fitted kitchen, large fridge freezer, micro wave, washing machine, dryer, Iron and board and air conditioning all the things that you need to make your vacation enjoyable.
There is also a great nightlife within the area with clubs like Amnesia, Just Chairs, Margeriterville, Shades and Priory beach has an event and dance.

This Mamme Bay property which has just come onto the rental market it is affordable well secured and in one of the best locations on the island if there is 4 people this is an unbeatable price for the area and accommodation type plus top of the range fixtures.
This studio apartment has been continually updated and renovated in Sept 2009. the work included installation of a brand new air con system, the construction of our shower cabin where we have brought one the of the top of the range shower enclosed unit and built an en suite changing cabin to make this shower en suite, we have a separate WC & basin en suite .
Since that time in Nov 2012 we have added a fitted kitchen to make our studio the complete
There is use of a well maintained pool and a fabulous beach within 5 minutes walking distance the beach also the studio are what honeymoons are made of we are confident that this is one of the best rentals for the price.
The studio is in one of the most prestigious estates on the North Coast and situated in the most beautiful villas on the estate Patiently Waiting.
Tired of the all inclusive where they charge you per person per night, why not take care of yourself, family and friends at a fraction of the price.
Amazing Location: This self catering beauty enables you to choose weather you wish to cook your own food, order a takeaway or eat out which can be a cheap option as the restaurants in general are not expensive or have a cook to cater for you
There is also an Irish pub which serves food and a jerk center Scotches where they serve jerk chicken, pork and fish within half a mile from Mamme Bay Estate where the studio apartment is situated.
Children must be with an adult when entering the swimming pool
There is also a sandy beach restaurant bar and gym 3 minutes away from the villa.
We also have a top of the range fridge freezer and microwave oven to enable you to manage your own food and drinks.
Our housekeeper or caretaker will advise you on all your options including full catering which is around 15 GBP per day or car hire which is around 30 GBP per day or taxi service.
Don't restrict yourself enjoy Jamaica in the right environment where you have all the comforts of home at your finger tips.

Full Cable TV package and Sony Hi Fi System: We have the full cable TV package which is unavailable at other villas or hotels without an extra cost.
Our guests can view more than 100 stations many of them from the USA, plenty of movies, news and sports
We advise caution with children as there are adult stations available.
There is also a Sony Music System to cater for those music lovers.
Don't restrict yourself in a small champed rental with old fixtures and fittings or a boring and expensive all exclusive hotel, enjoy the real Jamaica in the right environment with people who care and who will look after you and your parties needs,
Just ask our house manager Maurice Davis and he will take care of it.
The studio is one very big room which is £350 GBP per week or $563 US
We also hold weddings and receptions upon request arrange car hire and taxi service, cook at around 15 GBP or 24 USD per day.

After several visits to the island, this was by far the best. The studio is exactly like the photos and is quite spacious. The private beach and restaurant were great and the service is wonderful. Maurice, the groundskeeper is a wonderful host and was always there when needed. The owner made regular checks to make sure all was well. This visit will be well remembered. Hopefully I can return soon to enjoy these wonderful accommodations again. Thanks again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
