$200 deposit due upon confirmation. 1/2 rent due 60 days before arrival
Remainder of rent due thirty days before arrival. $75 cleaning fee.

We are both United Methodist Ministers and purchased our home for future retirement and occasional weekends away from our flocks! We have enjoyed sharing our home with guests who have equally enjoyed the quiet, peaceful surroundings as well as available recreation close by.

This is our home so please enjoy all the amenities we have provided for our own time spent there. The spice cabinet is fully stocked. There are plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The surroundings are complemented by family photos and personal touches. You are more than welcome to share in this wonderful environment.
