We (three families, 12 total )stayed at this penthouse property from 12/26/12 through 1/1/13. we had a less than optimum experience. to start with, when we reached there, property was not ready and cleaning crew was still there trying to clean the property. Finally, all the cleaning was done by 6pm. Location is deceptive, it has a nice view but is not located on the beach or water. Maintenance was not up to par. Most of door knobs didn't work. There was no coverings on any of the bed room windows. Customer service was terrible. No soaps, shampoos or even coffee cups were provided. Afterwards the property manager gave us trouble to refund the deposit and started to nickel and dime. This was a terrible value for money. I would not recommend this property to anybody.Owner response: I am sorry clients were not happy with the property but the complaints have been noted and fixed. The property is right on the bay water. You can check the address and find that property sits right on the waters edge. Client was unhappy that one of the bedroom doors did not have a lock on it. Of the five rooms one of the rooms did not have curtains which since their visit has been fixed. The clients received a full refund of the deposit. No money at all was subtracted. As for the property not being ready I agreed and apologized to client and paid for their dinner because previous check out did not want to leave on agreed check out time.
