While we didn't exactly pick a place that fit our needs occupancy wise (just two of us) the price was right and the owners were fabulous. The location is great; we loved the view from the deck, living room windows, and the bedroom we chose to stay in. The space is bright and cheery with plenty of light coming through the generous windows. Even with just the two of us, having two full bathrooms was most certainly a plus. The unit is a 30 second walk to the beach, just right across the street. Also, if you had to wait at the roadway for more than 15 seconds to cross, it must have been a REALLY busy day. The beach is beautiful with nice white, soft sand, and there is plenty to do and enough places to eat within a 10 minute drive. The owners are very, very nice, and accommodating as well. We even had a minor mishap in the unit, and the owners were on site in less than 12 minutes. That sort of attentiveness does not happen in a giant hi-rise or high room count hotel complex. I speak from experience. Additionally, they went over and above the call to make us feel comfortable after the minor incident, and ensure that we were settled and could enjoy the rest of our stay. We could not have asked for anything more. We felt as if we were part of the family. We are terribly happy we found this unit, Maria & James, and Navarre Beach. We definitely will be back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

A few friends and myself stayed at this wonderful condo over Labor Day weekend. The condo is extremely clean and the owners were wonderful. James and Maria allowed us to check-in early, which was convenient since we had just driven 8 hours from Arkansas. The location was excellent, just a few steps from the beach and away from the crowded highrises. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting a clean, cheap alternative to the big condos down the beach.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time at this unit. The living space was a bit small for five people. Maria was very attentive to all of our needs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the mattresses afforded us a very comfortable sleep. This townhouse is convenient to the beach and the pool, which is directly across the road. The unit was clean and maintained.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We truly enjoyed your condo. It was the perfect location for the work I had in the area and my wife and I hated to leave the beautiful area and beaches. I had never heard of Navarre Beach before but now it is on the top of my list for vacations and work related stays. The quiet secluded beaches were wonderful without the crowds to deal with and the owners James and Maria were just delightful to be around. They make you feel so welcome and at home. They even bought a TV for the bedroom upstairs when I mentioned that we would have enjoyed our stay better with one. There are more upscale and expensive places but for the cost and the support that you get this one is my first choice whenever in the area. It will be my home away from home whenever I have a chance to be there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.
