Rented this condo for our family's summer vacation. The Berry's met us on our arrival and showed us the condo, beach and everything we would need to make this vacation perfect. The condo set up is perfect for extended families with more adults than children. We brought food expecting to cook at home but there were so many affordable restaurants nearby that we couldn't resist trying them all. Our intent was to visit the local attractions but the weather was so perfect we just stayed at the beach. Thank you Ben & Mary for making this a vacation to remember.

Just returned from a relaxing vacation at this condo overlooking beautiful Lake Ossipee! The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. It was like being at home, but with a lake in our backyard. The owners showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Most of the time we just relaxed on the beach, but one day we rented a 2 person kayak and explored the lake. We were having so much fun at the lake that we just stayed in the area, but this home is convenient to many of the local area attractions, such as Storyland and North Conway.

It was wonderful to have our family together in such a spacious place. The unit is close enough to area businesses and favorite tourist spots that we could take care of emergencies and still have fun.
