  My husband and I stayed at this beach home with our two children, ages 3 and 9 months. The home was clean and nicely decorated, but not cluttered. It was wonderful to rent a home that had items for our children. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we felt it was missing was an additional pot. The beds were extremely comfortable. You couldn't have asked for a better location. End unit, right on the beach. The owners were wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful. We want to thank the Davis family for letting us rent their home. We will definitely rent this home again.

  This was an excellent place to relax and enjoy a terrific vacation with my sisters. The home is comfortably furnished and very clean. The location of the condo within the complex is perfect because it is very private since it is at the end of the community. We did travel to Moss Landing and had dinner at The Whole Enchilada which was very good. We tried to get to Phil's Seafood restaurant because everyone talked about how good the food is but we ran out of time. The Fisherman's Grotto on Monterey wharf was excellent and the weather was perfect. Our trip was a total success and I would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. We certainly plan another trip here.

  Very peaceful and secluded, at the very end of Monterey Dunes Colony. House was extremely well furnished, and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. Comfortable and delightful. Highly recommend it.

  Having rented at Monterey Dunes Colony for 15+ years, we couldn't have been more pleased with this "new rental" for another stay. Incredibly clean, nicely updated and appointed helped add this rental to our favorites list! The comfy bed in the master bedroom made me feel like I was staying in a four-star hotel! We slept so good with the patio door cracked and listening to the ocean waves and breathing in that crisp ocean air! Lovely walks on the beach each morning, followed by relaxing on the deck taking in the peaceful and scenic surroundings. And oh, did I mention how we ended each day with a toast to the incredible sunsets! Then enjoying the rising moonlight streaming through the Cypress trees. Ahhhh. Wishing I was there right now. Thank you Davis family for sharing your special oceanfront home.

  This is a great place to stay. You can't get better than being on the beach and the house is very comfortable. It was clean and nice. Everything was as stated. Will definitely use again if availably.

  We stayed at this Condo for three days in late September, an older couple and a younger couple from Ohio (Go Bucks!). It was spotless and very comfortable. You can see the ocean over the dunes and hear the waves, and a two minute walk on the boardwalk over the dunes takes you to a private and quiet beach. There are great local places to eat in Moss Landing, and you are less than a half-hour from Monterey and Carmel. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted after a couple of days in San Francisco. The kitchen has everything you need, and the two car garage was great since we had two rental cars. The living toom furniture and the beds are great, and two HD TVs and free Wifi, as well as board games, to keep you occupied when not walking along the Pacific. Make sure you eat at Phil's Seafood in Moss Landing and take Santuary Cruises to see the whales. If we could make another trip to the area, we would call the owners and stay here again!

  We had a wonderful vacation with our 4 young children at this relaxing and tasteful home. The prime location overlooking the dunes, and the short boardwalk journey to the beach were perfect. Best of all was the gracious service on behalf of the owners. Highly recommend this rental- we are hoping to return next year.

  This property is great for a family that needs several sleeping spaces and wants to be able to make some of their own meals. It would also be a great place for a romantic getaway - very private and quiet. It's in a nice location right on the beach, yet not far from main roads to get to the sights to see. There's plenty of common area to eat, watch tv and play games. Overall very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed.

  My family & I enjoyed a nice, restful weekend here. The house is the end unit to the entire Monterey Dunes area, so it was very quiet and private. The place is clean, comfortable and nicely arranged. The big windows allow you the opportunity to see and hear the ocean all the time. We really enjoyed it and the kids are already asking us when we can go back for a visit again. Thank you for a nice and comfortable stay!!!

  Tastefuly appointed in a serene location. Fully equipped to handle my 2 small children, including a few toys. Great views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. House was not over cluttered, but had everything we needed. Close to Moss Landing which had a few cute restuarants and stores.
