Very Nice Studio Condo With Partial Ocean View Located across the street from "Kalepolepo Beach Park", which is a Super Beach for Children or Lap Swimming, Showers and grass for sun bathing ... I Love It!

The whale center and observatory is right next door to the park. We have a very large pool and the nicest jacuzzi in Kehei with gas barbecues, picnic area and tennis next to the pool.

Our smoke-free condo is completely furnished with everything you will need. You are 20 minutes from Kahului Airport and centrally located in Kihei just one mile north of Safeway, Longs Drugs, Azeka Mall, Starbucks, the Post Office, many other shops and restaurants.

Further to the South is Wailea, Makena, and beautiful La Perouse Bay for more great beaches and snorkeling. Ten minutes to the west is the Maalaea Aquarium, 20 minutes further and you're in the historic town of Lahaina with awesome shopping to enjoy...

  • We stayed 3 enjoyable weeks in your apt. Everything we needed was here and in the well maintenance complex. Place for washing car was very useful for washing our diving gear. Perfect location and beach with beautiful and romantic sunsets is just across the street. Mahalo !!!

  • Pat, My wife and I stayed for two weeks and we both thought the place was great,we walked on the beach most every afternoon and watched the sunset. There was plenty of parking spaces and the laundry room was just across the parking lot. The grill area and the grills were clean and right next to the pool and hot tub.   • We found the Kehei Bay Surf to be a well maintained property. This condo is clean, nicely equipped and an excellent value. It's location, on a bus route, makes getting around Maui easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to owners Pat and Kris who are friendly, attentive and accomodating.

  • This clean newly renovated well furnished studio condo is among the best you will find anywhere on Maui. From It's great location across from Kalepolepo Park, you will receive lots of sunshine on the lanai in the afternoon as you view the lush greenery nearby or the West Maui mountains across the water. There is ample parking and even a place to wash the car. We have enjoyed these accommodations periodically over the last three years and know that paradise doesn't get much better than this.   • Dear Owner: I happened to notice that you are from WA. I am in WA, too, and going to have a vacation in Maui in early Sept. It is from Sept 2nd to 9th, precisely. My wife is taking her summer break from UW. It will be our first time to go to Hawaii. We are excited and actively searching for info. on the net.     Dear Lei We just returned from Maui last week. We remodeled the bathroom at this Condo and put in a larger air conditioner, in addition we showed the unit to a nurse and she rented it from August-October this just happened last week. We have another guest returning for six months after that. We have found Maui to be a very wonderful place to vacation and Iam sure you will to. I think the reason our condo is booked for the next nine months is the price condition and location. A lot of people book way ahead so thay can get a good deal,with owner bookings we dont pay commisions to our agent hence better pricing.     I just got back yesterday from Maui. Why we were there we remodeled the bathroom new tub tile etc, it turned out real nice. We also doubled the size off the air condioner so now it is very comfortable, even on the hotest day. In addition my wife added some new beding, pictures, egg beater and such, you know woman stuff. We feel are Condo is now one of the nicest in the complex. We showed it to a registerd nurse living in the complex and she decided to move to our unit July 31 for three months. If you are having a hard time finding a nice place E-Mail me and I will try to help you, we also own a 1 bedroom oceanfront condo at Sugar Beach Resort in Kihei. Aloha from the Waters family.
