This was a wonderful place to stay, easy to walk to many attractions, catch public transit, and convenient to shop for food. There is a wonderful permanent farmer's market about 5-6 minutes away where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and just about everything else you may need. There is also a supermarket at the corner and a convenience store open round the clock in the building. We hope to go back next spring. We only had one problem: when the heating was turned on in October it was too hot.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Check in was easy. The owner's mother waited for us at the apartment even though we were an hour late due to lost luggage. The apartment was exactly as pictured. The very high ceiling, about 15 ft, and the very spacious apartment was far better than hotel rooms. The place was very clean and everything worked. It was very well equipped with all the appliances and wifi. There was even a welcome bottle of wine and fruits. A local cell phone provided was also nice. The owner's father also went above and beyond his duties by helping us recover our loss luggage. The location was excellent. Easy walk to downtown, trams and subway. Neighborhood felt safe. Lots of street parking for my rental car (free after 6pm). Check out was also easy. Just lock, drop keys at mail slot and catch taxi. My family of five with three teenage kids have traveled all over the world and stayed at many hotels and vacation rentals. This is one of the best.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This apartment is a great and lovely places to stay in Budapest. The apartment is huge, clean and very bright. We were sad that we just stayed a week there. The location is also perfect, everything is really easy to achieve. Balazs and his mother Eva were the nicest and most helpful hosts you can wish. We surely come back again !Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The apartment was great -- it was spacious, clean and comfortable and a short walk to the happening spots in Pest. It was quiet at night though so sleeping wasn't an issue.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
