The City Studio Apartment is a recently refurbished, 240 square foot studio, in a bijoux block within the very center of the famed City of London. This is a very ideal location for both the corporate and leisurely traveler alike.
The living room is tastefully decorated - for entertainment, there's a flat-screen television, a DVD player, an MP3-compatible stereo, and high-speed internet access without restrictions as to the amount of data transfer taken place. The bed boasts a quality orthopaedic mattress, and very comfortable linens, to ensure a good night's rest. The bathroom is modern and sparkling! The apartment has hard-wood floors, double-glazed windows, and wonderful heating facilities.
The apartment is situated on Bishopsgate, set in the heart of the City of London. It is s stone’s throw from incredible highlights such as St. Paul's Cathedral, the Spitafields Markets, and the West End. You're also right across the way from the Liverpool Street tube and rail stations, for fantastic transport accessibility.

We boast a free high-speed (WiFi) internet connection, a telephone (for incoming calls only), a television, and all other modern conveniences.
The apartment will be stocked with coffee (instant), tea, sugar, milk pottles (UHT), oil, salt and pepper. The bathroom will be stocked with soap, shower gel, toilet paper, and detergents for the washing machine (clothes) and the dishwasher.
Standard household items include a coffee plunger, a clothes iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a clothes drying horse.
All linen is provided, including all bedding and blankets and towels for the bathrooms.
We can also provide a cleaning service if you wish (see extra services below). For a small fee, we will clean your entire apartment and provide fresh linen and towels.

I recently stayed at City apartments on Bishopsgate and found it to be a very pleasant experience that I would repeat if or when I decide to return to London. I was within seconds of the tube and train station and a grocery store, not to mention that the local police station was right around the corner. As a woman traveling alone and spending a month in an unfamilar setting I felt very safe and was thrilled to find that I didn't have to haul groceries on the tube. The flat was clean and confortable and the fact that it had a washer and dryer allowed me to travel light and shop more. The ability to eat in was actually a luxury after a long day of sight seeing and day trips. The fact that there was a land line and wifi included was a real perk as far as I was concerned. The apartment facilities were excellent, with eveything I needed for a 2 week stay (the washing machine in the apartment was really useful). The kitchen area was well equiped and the bathroom was excellent. It was perfect for one person although 2 people would have been a little cramped for a longer stay. The access to the apartment was easy and the hand over on arrival and departure was hassle free.The whole apartment was extremely clean and tidy, with products and items left within the apartment to keep it clean during the stay (even washing powder was included!). The location could not have been better - directly across the road from Liverpool Street Station. There are plenty on shops within a couple of minutes walk, and a handy Tesco 2 doors away. The Sunday markets at Spitalfields were great as well. This is not a quiet place to stay, but that didn't really bother me. The apartment was excellent in every way. So clean and everything had been so well thought out. I especially loved the central location and how quiet the apartment was. The special touches, like the towels folded like swans, and lovely toiletries made it very special. It was so easy to access due to the very safe security entry system. Very good and friendly Service, comforetabel and fully amenities, perfect isolated windows. We had problems with the computerphone of London Lets, which wanted dial a number for calling the requierd people. This is nearly not possible with a modern Mobile. Our greatest problem was the security chaine at the appartment door. It blocked the door whenwe came back to the appartment in the evening. Ian and his team were some of the most helpful and accommodating I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my travels and certainly went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. The apartment is brand new and in a perfect location, there are cafes and great coffee shops literally outside your front door and Liverpool Street Station is just a stones throw away. The apartment was an ideal size for me as a solo business traveller and the kitchen and microwave were a handy bonus. The bed folds into the wall, but was still comfortable, and the room got quite warm without air conditioning, but small desk fans are provided. I decided to try the city apartment on my recent business trip instead of the usual hotels and chose this one based on its location, price and the fact that it was brand new. The apartments location is literally across the road from Liverpool St Station and there was a brilliant coffee shop right next door and a really nice and healthy burrito place cant remember the name! five metres in the other direction... The kitchen and amenities in the apartment are great and really handy if youre planning an extended stay - very comfortable, all brand new fittings and fixtures - couldnt have been happier!!! The staff at London Boutique Lets were fantastic and made sure I was well looked after and all my requests were handled swiftly, and with the highest priority - I couldnt have been happier with the team and their customer service.
