My husband and I recently stayed at this property with our one year old daughter. We had never been to Cape Cod before, so we were unfamiliar with the area. This townhouse is in a perfect location, especially if you have kids! It is an easy walk to the beach and the nearby marketplace, which has restaurants and shops. Mashpee Commons is also nearby (about 5-10 minutes by car) and has some other cute shops and restaurants. Since this was our first time on the Cape, we also drove to the nearby towns of Falmouth and Sandwich to explore (both about 20 minutes away). The townhouse itself is beautiful! The owners did a wonderful job with the recent renovations. The property looks exactly as it appears in the photos. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the owners were very helpful and easy to work with during the rental process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! It was a perfect location for our family vacation!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My sister and I loved this place! We spent a week with our teenagers at this beautifully decorated and updated villa. Everything was so nice and new. The owners were easy to deal with from start to finish. Short walk to private beach and marketplace. We are looking forward to next summer to rent again.
