The unit has new tile and carpet through-out. The lanai has a table and four chairs and is a perfect place to catch up on a little reading or play games with the family. The resort also features a beautiful, newly refinished swimming pool, two hot tubs (one is adults only), children's wading pool, four tennis courts, and lots of grass area.
