Our BeachHouse is located in the most desirable section of Santa Monica -3 blocks north of Wilshire and 2 blocks to the beach. Everything Santa Monica has to offer is just steps away.
Built in 2000. This Santa Monica Beach Townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms and is 2,000 sq ft on 4 levels. Sweeping staircases of gorgeous wrought iron bannisters lead you to 4-levels of living areas. The foyer has soaring ceilings. Unit is light and bright with tremendous windows but total privacy with beautiful views of landscape or city. The kitchen has top of the line, stainless steel appliances. 2 fireplaces. We spent a delightful three weeks in this charming townhouse. The perfect residential location allowed us an easy walk to the beach and to the 3rd Street Promenade. The listing description was accurate as were the photos. The property is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The owner, Cathy, is wonderful and quite accommodating. We recommend this rental to anyone desiring a great Santa Monica experience.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The kitchen was well appointed so we ate in most of the time. Plenty of room for 6 adults to be comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood really quiet so everyone was able to get a good night sleep every night. Easy check-in and out. Thanks for having us. We rented this home for a week this summer. It was a PERFECT vacation. The house is beautiful and was very clean. The location was amazing, a few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. The owners were a joy to work with very helpful. We loved this home so much we are coming back in a few months! Location! Location! Location! And a beautiful home!!! Very spacious 5 floor townhouse that is perfect for a family or two. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures! Cathy was the easiest renter I've ever dealt with! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had 3 small children traveling with us and she has everything you need for kids, baby gates, crib, pack and play, bed rails and a high chair. The house is only a few blocks from the3rd street promenade and less the a mile from the pier. You can walk to the beach, but it's a bit tough with the stroller so we drove and parked at one of the lots. We would definitely return! Also, Javier was a great tour guide showing us around the house!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: My husband and I are moving to NYC to be closer to our grandchildren. We love our home in Santa Monica where my husband rides his bike every morning and I walk on the beach with my friend everyday. We know we will return here someday and for now we are happy to share this magical spot with our friends on VRBO. We have been part of the VRBO family for 3 years and have enjoyed the wonderful guest we have found here. Why the Owner Chose Santa Monica:
Our townhouse is one of the most beautiful properties. It is located on the front of a 5 unit new building. It is full of light, comfortable and spacious. Even though it is in walking distance and is in the middle of everything Santa Monica has to offer, our street is quiet. The home has it's own enclosed 2 car garage with top of the line washer & dryer. The entryway lead to 2 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms as well as a guest bathroom. A winding staircase lead to the living room, kitchen, dining room with a gas fire place in the center of the room. The next floor is a family room with a large HD TV and a patio. Every bedroom is equipped with a television and full Dish TV. The top floor is another bedroom, full bathroom with shower and tub and a sun deck. You will love it here!

Our beach house is so bright and cheery. It is spacious with lots of places for get-togethers and lots of places to find solace. It has the feel of a much larger home with the high ceilings and open spaces. We love it here!
