A romantic little cottage in a 18th century property hidden in a garden with roses, birds and some very old trees. The cottage (with all modern comfort) is located in a delightful hamlet (L'Hermitière) in the Seine et Marne region, 70 km East of Paris, 35 minutes by car from the Disneyland Resort.

You will laze in the gardens or have long walks through the woods and fields of the Brie region. You will visit some of the most famous historical places in Ile de France like the Abbey of Jouarre, the Middle Age city of Provins... Gourmets will taste the famous Brie cheeses and Champagne wine (10 minutes by car). Famous chateaux including Vaux-le-Vicomte and Chantilly are within one hour drive. This is an elegant place to stay at for a romantic holiday. Are you travelling in the area for business? From Le Clos de la Rose you will be able to manage your business on the Eastern side of Paris or in the Champagne region, combining efficient work, comfort and pleasure.

Our self catering cottage is located in beautiful surroundings. Saint-Cyr sur Morin is 70 kilometres East of Paris. Although located in the middle of the countryside, there is easy and quick access from Paris or the airport (Roissy Charles De Gaulle). We are only 30 minutes away by car from Val d'Europe and Eurodisney and less than one hour by train or car from Paris (70 km). Visit world famous chateaux (Vaux le Vicomte and Chantilly), the medieval town of Provins (World Heritage) and the Abbey of Jouarre. Or simply laze in the garden or go for long walks through woods and fields. Stop for at the local farms and at the wine growers... Gourmets will taste the very famous local cheeses, Champagne wine, cider, fruit and many other exquisite specialities. Even business travellers will be able to manage their business on the Eastern side of Paris, combining efficient work (Internet Wi-fi connection), comfort and pleasure.

Notes: Our romantic and elegant self catering little cottage 'Rose de Provins' is part of a larger 18th Century property with a big traditional house hidden in a garden with roses, birds and some very old trees. While keeping intact the spirit of the old times the cottage was restored and beautifully decorated with all modern facilities.
