Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: My wife and I originally purchased a unit in this building in 2004, we fell in love with the area and this building. We have since then purchased 2 more units, one of which we enjoy ourselves during six months of the year. We have four children, 3 grandchildren, and all of them look forward to coming to Fort Myers Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Riviera Club:
When we purchased this property we were looking for a paradise vacation spot that we could afford. We found just that, and it is easy to get to.
