  Bermuda Springs (Palazzo Paradiso) is a luxurious yet ultra comfortable home. The gourmet kitchen has 2 sinks, oodles of granite prep area, a large attached granite table (6) and all the kitchen items you could ever want. The bedrooms are spacious and mattresses are all very comfortable. Each bathroom has upgraded shower heads with multiple nozzles. The master bedroom, walk out balcony and sitting area is ultra lux. The ensuite has a double jetted bathtub, 2 separate vanities, and a spacious steam shower (5+ nozzles) that is to die for. The family room (comfortable seating, thick/plush rug, blankets, huge TV) is open to the kitchen with a large (double glass door) entrance between leading to the pool area. The entire home is pin neat and well cared for. Outside the grounds are lush, expensive/comfortable patio furniture (tons), lots of shaded areas, wonderful pool/jacuzzi, large cabinet containing pool towels/house coats, big chest of pool toys, washroom/shower outside, large built in BBQ (6 burners) area (bar fridge, sink, large granite table & TV), ping pong table, secret club house for the kids (we didn't use it:), fabulous fire pit and immaculate/well maintained. The home is only a couple of miles from the car rental exit, South Premium Factory Outlets and Town Square. The owners (Amy & John) were wonderful to deal with. We were treated like close friends, quick responses and fun pre-Vegas phone conversations. Amy helped arrange platters of fruits and veggies + groceries in the fridge for our midnight arrival. (Thank you Josephine & Liberty.). A perfect way to start our Vegas shopping extravaganza. My 81 year old Mama, sister, sister-in-laws, niece and I had a memorable, fun and relaxing vacation. I have always stayed at Strip Hotels previous to this stay. I am now hooked on Bermuda Springs (Palazzo Paradiso). I would highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay.

  With 11 family members coming from 3 provinces, looking to spend some quality time together, we needed a large house that we would enjoy hanging out in. This house was absolutely perfect! It's clean, large enough for all of us, beautifully decorated, and just a few minutes from the airport, Vegas Strip, and outlet mall. We all enjoyed the spa, and the kids loved the club house and ping pong table. Amy and John are a pleasure to work with, and immediately responded to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this house, and highly recommend it to others.

  More than we imagined. What a beautiful home for a family of nine and for two days a family of eleven. There was lots of space to spend time together sitting around the kitchen island or if you wanted some quiet time on your own - loads of areas to just sit and relax. - both inside and out. The property was very clean and had all the household things we needed. We even decided to celebrate my husband's birthday at the house - more chance to visit with each other. Cooking the steaks on the BBQ was wonderful. The kids (between 13 and 21) enjoyed relaxing in the spa most evenings. Too early in the year to enjoy the pool but just listening to the waterfall and enjoying the sunshine was great. The location was amazing, minutes from the Strip, easy access to areas such as Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon and two great malls - really enjoyed dinner at California Pizza in the Town Square.Mall. The owner was very helpful with all our questions and we would recommend property to our friends.

  Owner response: We find in very interesting that those visiting the house for a longer period of time settle in and really enjoy the house. This time of year is great for using the BBQ and relaxing outside with friends and family! We built the house for just those moments.   I LOVE THIS HOUSE! We stayed at this house for two weeks while we performed around the area for schools. The owners were so wonderful about negotiating dates and beds for us. We had 11 people with us, we mixed it up strangely with the beds, but it worked. We did not want to leave! The pool area was so relaxing, even though we didn't use the hot tub- it was nice just to sit outside and have a cook out. Location was to die for- extremely secure, only a short drive to the strip, and nice and quiet area for relaxing or doing yoga outside like some of the actors loved doing. Cannot say enough good things about the house and the owners. THANK YOU FOR LETTING US STAY HERE!!!!!

They performed at the schools of many of our friends and we heard they were amazing! (We caught a glimpse of their talent from a video they sent to us of a few performers singing in the tree house).   We stayed over the New Year for 7 days, and the house is a beautiful start for a great vacation! Located close enough to the Strip for multiple trips during the day without spending too much time in the car. The kitchen is massive, and a hub for the family. While everyone can help prepare a meal, nobody gets in anybody else's way. The variety of utensils, and serving ware was surprising. Nice touches like a filtered drinking water dispenser built in to the sink (there are 2 sinks in the kitchen, each with a disposal) silent dishwasher, master appliances and plenty of seating makes casual meals with a large group effortless. We also enjoyed the Family room for card games and football watching. There was enough room inside this home for everyone to have their own space (and, hey, I went with my Mother-in-law!) We spent a lot of time indoors simply because the weather wasn't very cooperative, and the home never go small or tired. Always a nook to snuggle up with a book. One of the main reasons we rent is the savings on checked bags (my wife loves the laundry as much as the kitchen), meals, and activities. And when you can get away to a place like this, with the sound of trickling water from the pool fountains in the background, you feel that much closer to paradise. The owners of this home were available to us throughout our stay, and were really dedicated to our enjoyment of the time we spent there. This was different from any other rental experience I've had. I would stay here again in a second!

We again are in awe at the people we are able to get to know because of our house! We find it interesting that they loved the little things-- the laundry room, sinks, etc... next time they stay, I want to hear how the steam shower was! Or perhaps, if it is warmer, how they felt swimming at night under the stars and then showering by the firepit? We too hope they return and enjoy!

  After doing a research for a big, attractive and unique house to celebrate 40 to one of our friends - found this listing as the optimal for our small company. I never regret my selection! The house is simply amazing, it has everything you need and even way above any expectation! I also got inspired by decor, design and other things I saw in this house, so going to implement some in my own :) The owners are very nice and responsive! I think it was the best rental experience I ever had! I think next time we go to Vegas with 2 or more families - i'll defiantly choose this location again!

  This house was such a pleasant surprise. All the furnishing were beautiful and comfortable. The back yard was perfect. There was a basketball hoop in the pool for the kids, ping pong table and outdoor fire pit which was incredible. I would rent this house again in a second if I were going to Las Vegas. It was 4 minutes to the airport, and less than 10 to the strip depending on how busy it was. The owners were also very accommodating and nice.

  Stayed at Bermuda Springs for a no-kids vacation with my siblings, cousins, and significant others. House was perfectly located - easy access to the Strip, close to the airport, shopping, etc. Nice neighborhood off of major streets- so folks could go running and still avoid major traffic. Huge common area and kitchen meant we could hang out during meal prep before heading to the beautiful outdoor dining area. Did not get to use the pool as it was getting cooler during the day, and didn't want to pay the fee to heat the pool, but it was beautiful as well. Entire house was well-appointed and complete. Only warning - be prepared to fight over who gets the enormous master bedroom!

  We loved this house!! Our group of 10 could all sit around the table and visit while the kids played ping pong. The beds were very confortable .Everything was perfect and clean. Hope to come back!

Additional information about rental rates

Most nights are $399 a night. A week of a holidays will be $450.00 a night. If you stay over 45 nights, the rate is $385 a night. Rates are subject to change until reservation is made and paid for by guest.

Cancellation policy:

This is our home - so we ask that you treat is kindly: no parties, limit the number of people in the home to what is on the agreement and no smoking inside. If you cancel before 30 days, we will refund 1/2 of the deposit. Within 30 days, the deposit is not refunded. If you have a pet traveling with you, let us know and we can work out the additional fee.
