A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath house located on a 0.8 acre lot on the hillside of Belmont Estates overlooking Smugglers Cove and offering spectacular views of Jost Van Dyke. Smugglers Cove and Long Bay as well as the protected anchorage of Soper's Hole with its restaurants and shopping facilities is only a short drive away. Set within mature tropical gardens, the main house includes great room with galley kitchen and master bedroom suite. A cozy courtyard separates it from the second bedroom suite.
An arched wooden door opens up to a cozy courtyard enhanced by colourful bougainvillea and palm trees with outdoor dining area and lounge area overlooking Smuggler's Cove.
The main house includes living room, galley kitchen, and master bedroom suite. Cool cathedral ceilings, walls of doors opening onto the courtyard and balcony, casual tropical interiors, Saltillo tiles and lively artwork all contribute to the inviting ambiance of the house.
The second bedroom suite occupies a separate building accessed from the courtyard. Saltillo tiles are used throughout the house the house. Mexican tiles are used in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. An outside shower is attached to the second bedroom off the patio area.
Mature trees and tropical landscaped grounds surround the house. Spacious parking area with stone steps leading to the courtyard door.
Smugglers Cove is within walking distance however hiring a car is recommended for your stay. Nearest shops are in Sopers Hole which is about 10 mins away by car where you can find most foods and beverages.

We enjoyed a great deal our stay at the Coconuts and found the facilities extremely good. All the staff was extremely helpful.
