This two story home is located on HwyC30A between Rosemary Beach and Seaside/Watercolor. There's no need to deal with the bumper to bumper Destin traffic when areas like Seacrest Beach are so close by. Bicycle on the extra wide sidewalk to shops, restaurants, or the rare coastal dune lakes nearby.
Enjoy expansive gulf views and the ever-present sea breeze from your second floor deck off of the large living/dining room area of the home. The deck has a 6 person table, 2 Adirondack chairs and stereo speakers. So put in your favorite CD, pour yourself a cool drink and relax, relax, relax.
Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD (36 inch in the living room and 32 inch in the king bedrooms!). Cloudy day, no worries. We have XBOX 360 with lots of sports games. Or bring your own. Also lots of paperbacks, playing cards, and board games too.
For the cook in the family, the kitchen has everything you could wish for. If you have children they'll love their special room furnished with a twin over double bunk bed.
The master is on the ground floor and boasts a walk-in closet, large bathroom with double sinks, a separate Jacuzzi, and a private deck facing the Gulf.
For outdoor fun it's a short stroll to the beach or take a dip in the 75 foot long pool just 20 yards from the back door. Dream Scheme is located in the Cottages of Camp Creek. If you like to golf there are a number of excellent courses in the area including Camp Creek Golf (half mile away), Santa Rosa Golf, The Raven, Burnt Pine, The Links, Baytowne, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay and the Hombre.
If you prefer to shop you'll find terrific stores and restaurants in both directions. Winn Dixie and Publix are only a few miles away. Brand new Pier Park in Panama City Beach is only 15 minutes away. There are 970,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and dept stores. Destin, with its famous Silver Sands outlet mall and the upscale Destin Commons shopping and cinema is only a 20-25 minute drive.

Known worldwide for its design, this community has become a tourist destination because of its beautiful quaint cottages, 50 unique shops and galleries and fine restaurants (try Bud and Ally's).
An active year round schedule of events offers a multitude of exciting activities for visitors.

Three families' escape to the beach

We just returned from a week at Dream Scheme and it couldn't have been better! The location is great, walking distance to Alys (1/2 mile), Seacrest (1 mile), and Rosemary (1 1/2 miles). The beach is across the street with a short walk (maybe 10 minutes) to the beach access. The beach at this location is beautiful and not too crowded. The house has everything you could ever need, from a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, TV/DVD, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and a wagon to pull it all to the beach. The ocean views from the deck are nice. We had 6 small children who were all very comfortable in the house. The house does provide some child equipment: pack and play, gate for the stairs, and a high chair. There is a community pool, which is a short walk from the back door. The pool was cold but the kids didn't mind. There is also a small hot tub. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at Dream Scheme and will come back. It is a great house in a great location with a great beach! What more could you ask for?

We spent a week here with two other families and had a wonderful time. The beach view from the top deck is great and the bottom deck has an intimate area great for lounging in the sun or drinking coffee in the morning with a book. The grill was nice and the pool and hot tub were just a skip away. The only downside was the hike to the beck but the supplied wagon helped get all the beach gear to the beach. There is also a rental company that will set up beach chairs and umbrellas for you if you don't want take your own things to the beach. We had a great time. Loved the beach, bike rides and daily walks to rosemary beach community and the playground at Alys Beach for morning doughnuts and time for the kids on the playground. Also loved the new sea grill restaurant just a walk away!
