  Our recent family vacation at Dream Scheme was quite an enjoyable experience for all 12 of us. The house was extremely clean, the neighborhood was quiet, everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home from the time we arrived. The walk to the beach was a short one and was easily managed by our 8, 7, and 3 year olds. As a grandmother, the only worry I had was our crossing Highway 30A. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed going to the swimming pool. It was a short walk from our door and was never very crowded. At times, we were the only swimmers in the pool. We also enjoyed the close proximity to grocery stores and to restaurants. Our favorite spot for seafood was George's at Alys Beach! Their seafood platter was wonderful. Dream Scheme is a lovely home to rent and the owners do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one.

  This was our family's 2nd time going to Florida and the 1st time renting a house. We range in ages from 5 - 56 and we had a blast! The house was extremely well kept and very spacious. The beach access is less than a 3 min stroll from the house. A nice perk are the beach toys, beach blankets, beach umbrellas and wagon the home owners provided. The beach was clean and not crowded. This area is family friendly with kid workshops everyday of the week and family events in the evening.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  Our family rented Dream Scheme for Spring Break last week and loved it. We found it to be better than anything we expected. The pictures and descriptions on VRBO are accurate and the home is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent because you can walk/bike to Aly's/Rosemary beach and drive a quick 10-15 to Seaside. We went to the beach everyday and found it to be an easy walk across the street with the beach wagon loaded. The home even provided beach chairs and nice towels. The community pool/Jacuzzi was great too! The kids rated this the best house the best we have ever rented. I agree and look forward to returning in the near future. As a post note, the owners were very helpful when we left our medicine bag and FedEx it to our home. Thank you again for all the hospitality.

  We just returned from a week at Dream Scheme and it couldn't have been better! The location is great, walking distance to Alys (1/2 mile), Seacrest (1 mile), and Rosemary (1 1/2 miles). The beach is across the street with a short walk (maybe 10 minutes) to the beach access. The beach at this location is beautiful and not too crowded. The house has everything you could ever need, from a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, TV/DVD, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and a wagon to pull it all to the beach. The ocean views from the deck are nice. We had 6 small children who were all very comfortable in the house. The house does provide some child equipment: pack and play, gate for the stairs, and a high chair. There is a community pool, which is a short walk from the back door. The pool was cold but the kids didn't mind. There is also a small hot tub. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay at Dream Scheme and will come back. It is a great house in a great location with a great beach! What more could you ask for?

  We spent a week here with two other families and had a wonderful time. The beach view from the top deck is great and the bottom deck has an intimate area great for lounging in the sun or drinking coffee in the morning with a book. The grill was nice and the pool and hot tub were just a skip away. The only downside was the hike to the beck but the supplied wagon helped get all the beach gear to the beach. There is also a rental company that will set up beach chairs and umbrellas for you if you don't want take your own things to the beach. We had a great time. Loved the beach, bike rides and daily walks to rosemary beach community and the playground at Alys Beach for morning doughnuts and time for the kids on the playground. Also loved the new sea grill restaurant just a walk away!
