About the owner: Roger and I (Kathleen) live in Riverside, Ca. about 45 min away, we were looking for a getaway for us and our children ages 20 and 17, what better than a beach house for us all to enjoy!

Once we opened the door and saw the view, thats all it took! we were mesmerised by the view!

The view is awesome, plus we are 5 minutes from the beach and a 6 mile bike ride to Main Street pier, which provides great restaurants, bars and shopping.
