Winter, spring, summer or fall come relax and enjoy this spacious END UNIT condo located just ONE MILE from Mount Snow's main lodge in the beautiful Bears Crossing complex. This two bedroom plus loft, two bathroom sleeps eight comfortably.
For the 2012/2013 season we have a 1/2 share rental available--two weeks/month from Dec-March and a week in April. Prime weeks still available. Secure storage for personal linens, clothing, etc. provided.
After a long day of hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing or snowboarding relax on the back deck, sit in front of the fire or take advantage of the many amenities the complex offers (outdoor heated pool, picnic area, club house, tennis court, game room, fitness center and free WiFi).
The condo is appointed with everything you'll need to make this your home away from home. For winter rentals, there is a SKI HOME TRAIL that is open weather permitting, and free shuttle service (THE MOOVER) to Mt. Snow and Haystack mountains on weekends and holidays. In addition, Stratton Mountain is just a 25-minute drive away.
Seasonal/half seaon rental rate INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES (cable TV, heat, electric, water, local phone service, trash removal, plowing and all firewood.) Guests provide bed sheets and bath towels or take advantage of one of the local linen services.
