This was our 5th time renting a house in the Phoenix area and we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was really clean (never seen such a clean oven) and in good shape. Beds were comfortable. Queen Air mattress and pump were available for use which we set up in the office and used as another bedroom. Lots of extra linens and towels (and even plenty of toilet paper) available - all things in past experiences that were not always provided. It was in a nice, safe, convenient neighborhood (easy access to the 101 freeway) that was just under 2 miles from the westgate center that has an outlet mall which has some really nice shopping and restaurants/bars for night life. Grocery store (Fry's) and Target all within a mile. Our group was interested in spring training games and this house was about 15 minutes from both the Glendale Camelback ranch field and Maryvale baseball park (Go Brewers!). Other parks were about 30-35 minutes (Tempe - Angels & Phoenix - Oakland A's). It was about a 25-30 minute drive to the airport. We also did some hiking about 30 minutes away in the White Tank mountains. Rhonda and Jeff were very accommodating and attentive during the booking process as well as while we were at the house. They checked in occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. We needed wireless internet which they agreed to have set up for us during our stay. They also had a handy man come and fix a couple of light bulbs that were out and fill the propane tank for the gas grill. The pool was a little cooler than we were used to (not heated), but it got lots of use (weather was low-mid 80's during the day). They also had pool toys and beach towels available for use. The 3 full bathrooms were nice to have with a group of 11 people. However, the master bedroom shower area didn't have a door on it so you had to close the master bedroom doors for privacy so it was a little inconvenient at times but the rest of the flow in the house worked well for a large group. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook for a large group - nothing significant missing. The house was pretty close to the neighbors, but you didn't really hear/see them except for the occasional dog barking. We would definitely rent from Rhonda and Jeff and stay at this home again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just enjoyed a 4 night stay in this beautiful Glendale home. There was plenty of space - I don't even think we took advantage of all of it! The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need for cooking. The backyard space was so nice. We only wish the weather would have been warmer to take advantage of the beautiful pool! This was a girls' trip, and my first time to the Phoenix area. So we were a little concerned about feeling safe. We couldn't have felt safer in this neighborhood and even enjoyed daily runs around the area. I was especially pleased at the communication with the home owners. Before our trip, any questions were answered immediately, and even during our trip, they were quick to respond to any questions we had! They were also great about accommodating changes in our travel plans. We definitely recommend this home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I visited this Glendale home to take advantage of exception deals golfing within the greater Phoenix market. This home provides an excellent central location to hit several courses in the Scottsdale region. Our morning tee times helped avoid heat and the afternoons were spent in the backyard cooling off in the beautiful pool, complete with a fountain. The bedrooms are substantial and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. Camelback Mountain is a short drive from the house, and again the pool was amazing after the hike. We were able to stay within our budget by cooking most meals in the fully appointed kitchen, but also frequented the nearby restaurants and Chic-fil-a, Boom! Overall a great trip and this residence definitely contributed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
