Why rent an apartment when you can have your own architect-designed house! Located on a quiet garden courtyard, you'll never believe your in Paris, and yet once you step outside onto the streets, you'll find yourself in a the trendy Batignolles neighborhood of the 17th arrondissement, with cafes, bakeries, bars and bistros at your fingertips!
This split-level home is 180 square meters and has 5 bedrooms (1 master suite and 4 single bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. This very well-equipped family home is located on the fun and trendy rue des Dames in the 17th arrondissement in the Batignolles neighborhood, about a 3-minute walk to metro Place de Clichy (line 13) and more than 6 great bus lines! Exploring Paris from here is a breeze.
The apartment has an amazing living/dining and kitchen area, with a glass ceiling and windows all around - the ceilings are about two-stories high! The light is incredible and the space is very comfortable. Families and friends will definitely spend their time here, recounting the days adventures in Paris, cooking together, and planning the next day's outings.
The apartment is located on an interior courtyard and has an additional private patio which is accessible from the master suite and two of the other bedrooms. The master suite also has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, huge bathtub and double sinks, as well as a walk-in closet area. All the bedrooms can access the other two bathrooms off a hallway and no one is in danger of disturbing others.
Although four of the bedrooms have twin beds, the owner can add a second twin bed into one of the rooms if needed to create a large bed for two adults. As an added convenience for families, the apartment also has a baby travel crib (Pack-N-Play) for guests traveling with children under 2 years old.
As we only had room for 16 photos on the advertisement, we did not have room for photos of the two additional bathrooms, but please feel free to email us if you would like to see these photos. One bathroom has a sink and shower, and the other bathroom has a sink, bathtub and toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet room in the same hallway.
The apartment has all the amenities you can think of: WiFi, cable TV, a phone with free international calls, a clothes washer and a tumble dryer, dishwasher, multi-burner gas stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, wine refrigerator, Nespresso machine...the list goes on and on!
To access the house, you enter through a typical Parisian apartment building, with a security code door at the street. After passing through a second security door, you walk through a large open courtyard and will immediately see the house in the courtyard!
Upon arrival, you'll meet our charming manager Ruben who will make sure you know how everything works in the apartment and gives you the keys and answers any questions you may have. Ruben is on-call during your stay for any emergencies or questions.
