When we arrived our hosts greeted us graciously. They spent considerable time familiarizing us with the apartment and neighborhood and made us feel at home. The apartment was absolutely fabulous and elegantly decorated. The location was perfect for us. There were many restaurants in the area and Starbucks downstairs. Around the corner we purchased discounted theater tickets for Wicked. We could walk to many sights, including Tribeca and Chinatown and even walked across the Brooklyn Bridge. There were always plenty of taxis available if we didn’t feel like walking or taking public transportation. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to NYC.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This luxury apartment was exactly as the pictures shown. It was clean, safe, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The building had many amenities (doorman, elevator, gym..) and was conveniently located close to the Seaport, Wall St and trains. Also there were always taxis available across the street. The owner was very helpful and gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and neighborhood. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting lower Manhattan.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
