  My 3 daughters and grandkids spent 4 days in San Diego and stayed at the Ingraham St. home. This a great property. A very nice home. Clean and nicely decorated. Very clean. There is a hot tub, firepit and BBQ in the backyard. The staff was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Flatscreen TVs in each bedroom. The home is close to Sea World and the beach. Nice neighborhood. I would recommend to others. We will be back!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had an incredible time at this home and the owner was EXTREMELY nice. He told us to feel free to use anything that was left in the home from prior tenants(including spices, condiments, alcohol, etc). The house was stocked above and beyond any vacation rental we have ever used. The location was amazing and the house was extremely well equipt. My wife, my in-laws, and my two children stayed in the house and we were very comfortable. The only noticeable short-falling about the house itself was that it does not have a dining table, but being that you're in San Diego the outdoor seating is sufficient for our needs. The backyard was incredible. It was fun for the kids and for the adults. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend and look forward to renting it for our next family vacation.

• Perfect house in great location

  This house exceeded all of our expectations. We were concerned the great pictures on the website weren't representative of the home but the pictures probably did not do the home justice. The house is gorgeous, well maintained, modern, and has every amenity you could ask for! We were impressed with the very high end appliances such as the refrigerator and and state of the art washer and dryer. The beds all had very comfortable memory foam mattresses. The house was extremely well stocked with everything and more you would have in your own home. A Keurig coffee maker stocked with a good selection of coffee, creamers, and the like was also available. Basic cooking items were here as well including oils, spices, etc. Very large flat screens in each room with DVD or Blu Ray players in each room and an extensive movie collection was also available. The owner even had NetFlix available for instant movies on the 60" TV in the living room. Greg, the owner, had everything you could think of in the garage for play in San Diego. Enough beach towels for everyone, bikes, sand toys, BBQ for the beach, coolers, and beach chairs are plentiful in this house. Oh... but the backyard.... What an incredible surprise...You feel like you just stepped into a resort in Hawaii with all the palm trees and tropical landscaping. The BBQ was incredible, the fire pit was so nice for the cool San Diego evenings, the hot tub was perfectly maintained and oh so relaxing after a long day.. That being said, the home is close to everything... walking distance to the bay, Sea World, coffee shop on the corner, restaurants, and convenience stores. The owner was easy to work with and even had a gift basket for us with food and drink from local San Diego eateries when we arrived. We plan on making this an annual trip and will be staying here or at another of Greg's properties for years to come. You won't be disappointed!!!

  See the picture? It really does look like that! I was a bit hesitant initially but I am very happy we rented this property. The amenities at this house were so much more than you get at a Hotel. I was traveling with my aunt, sister, daughter and granddaughter - the reality was we couldnt rent 2 double rooms at the Hotels we liked to stay at for this price. We spent much of our time outside - the backyard was shaded and fairly cool even in 90 degree heat. Evenings and early mornings sitting by the fire were so relaxing. In the kitchen there was a Keurig coffee maker - unbelievable. I loved it so much I came back to Kansas City and bought one for myself. The beds were ALL comfortable. In fact I had to write to the owner to find out what kind of mattresses they were. The TV's all large screen (living room was huge). They had a pack and play for my granddaughter to sleep in. Really state of the art washer and dryer in the garage out back. There was nothing we could have wished for that wasnt already there. We even had a barbque on Saturday night and most of the condiments were in the refrigerator and/or cupboards. The street was busy in front but that didnt bother us in the back - we couldnt see the street. There was seating in the back for at least 14 people plus a few more chairs that could be brought around the fire pit area. Wireless internet worked well and there was even a wireless printer we were able to print some directions on. This place was a definate hit - we plan to visit again. Patti S Kansas City, Missouri

  Property is clean and well stocked. A charming home with character and modern amenities. This home has a very large master bedroom with plenty of closet space. Extra large TV in living room with great sound system. The highlight of this property is the awesome backyard, which is great for BBQ's and quiet social gatherings. The backyard is truly a remarkable retreat site. Owner was easy to work with and communication was always open and straightforward .Front of home is located on a very, very busy street, but the backyard more than makes up for this flaw. Backyard is peaceful and very relaxing
