Our spacious (150 sq meters;1600 sq ft), southwest facing, 3rd floor apartment in a luxury building, has a private balcony and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms with master bath en-suite, plus a 4th bedroom/study containing a sleep sofa accomodating up to two adults. There are 3 bathrooms each with it's own shower, plus a bathtub in the main bathroom. Our fully equipped kosher kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove top and oven, toaster, and microwave. Other amenities include washer/dryer in the unit, central air/heat, free wi-fi and free cable tv. Plasma TVs are located in the master bedroom and living room. The building has a sabbath elevator, shared outside pool (open April-October), billiards/ping pong and fitness room. There is a 1 car indoor parking space. Our apartment is wonderfully located-- just a 5 minute walk to the beach, promenade, playgrounds, and local synagogue. A lovely bistro serving breakfast, lunch and dinner is a short walk along the beautiful Netanya promenade. An English-speaking representative will meet you at the apartment and answer any questions you may have during your stay.
No smoking nor pets allowed in the apartment.
No Sabbath (Friday night through Saturday night) arrivals or departures.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Everything organized in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the bedroom. Everything is clean in high standards of cleaning. Beautiful view and sea breeze.For those who need a separate beach for men and women, like us, you can drive by taxi or car for 10 to 15 minutes to the Kiryat Sanz beach in Northern Netanya. Well furnished, with refrigerator and washing machine and air conditioner and comfortable beds. 4 Bed rooms very nicely furnished as well as a salon. Beautiful porch view of the sea. Very Much recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I have always wanted to own a place in Israel. My husband and I fell in love with our apartment in Netanya, with it's beautiful views and proximity to beach, pool, eateries, and sites of interest in Israel.

Our apartment has an unobstructed southwest- facing view of the Mediterranean sea. We have the luxury of eating all our meals with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. The sunsets are spectacular. We are just minutes' walk from the beach, pool, synagogue and bistro. There are many English- speakers in our building, which is perfect for those who may not know Hebrew.
