  Our stay here was wonderful. The condo was wonderfully decorated and perfectly located. We loved our view from the balcony and enjoyed our breakfast and coffee from there every morning. Going to the beach was a breeze as the walk was short. Loved having a washer and dryer right in the condo. Since we were there in the off season it was very quite, which was perfect. The heated pool was well maintained and the office staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

  We looked at several condos and enquired about availability. The owner of this condo called us immediately to screen who was coming and to give us helpful information. I really liked this because it showed she takes a lot of pride in her condo and it was also a personal touch I had never seen before renting on VRBO. After a great conversation we booked for a 4 day weekend. The pictures of the condo look great but it looks even better in person. The whole condo looked brand new and was expertly designed to maxmize space.However the first thing you notice is the view of the ocean, it is a stones throw away. While we were there a couple got married right on the beach in front of us, provided nice entertainment while eating breakfast on the balcony. The owner also provided 2 chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and an ice chest. Extremely thoughtful and convenient for the short trips to the beach. There are two pools, one is heated which was great as we had out 3 year old son who thought the sea was too cold(he was scared to death of the ocean). The condo staff were polite and the check in was very quick an easy. I was fed up of paying over the odds for a condo you wouldn't want to live in, outdated fixtures and moldy smelling furniture. After staying at this condo I feel spoiled and won't go back to those old condos. The bed was perfect for lazy mornings and I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The only negative about this condo is it was too good I didn't want to leave. If you want to stay in a great condo look no further than staying here. My family had a great time even though we had bad weather and I think that speaks volumes for the place. The owner has put in a lot of effort and it definitely shows.   We were very pleased with the facility and especially the lovely Condo! This corner unit is designed with comfort In mind and they have so many convenient items on hand for use by the guests. We just loved our time in S. Padre and plan to return! Thank you for providing such a nice retreat for people to enjoy!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Loved the condo, very clean, comfortable, all the amenities of home. Was great to be able to be so close to the Gulf. Great views of sunrise. Take elevator to 6th floor, great sunsets. We had a great time, would definitely stay again and recommend friends.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  This was an exceptional experience!! The condo was perfect in every way. Not a detail missed and even had things I would not have anticipated!! View was magnificent and the FULL moon each evening over the ocean was amazing!! The management staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitley be back. What a GEM on the Texas coast. The owner was also amazing as well and is truly interested in a superb experience. SPI-------we will be back!!!

  The property was as discribed in the ad,,no surprises.It was very clean and well equiped with all the things you needed for a vacation. The location was great and the eastern view was wonderful for sunrises! We had no complaints and would highly recomend this property to others.

  The property is newly renovated and was done beautifully! View was awesome from the patio. Kitchen fully stocked with necessary "tools". The dryer in the unit did not work, but the staff at SeaBreeze was helpful in a resolution for us since we packed light. The only thing needing improvement was the bed. It was far too squishy for our comfort. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

  Owner response: Thank you for your time in evaluating your stay. I apologize for not having communicated that the dryer was in the process of being replaced. (It was not heating but still operable) It was replaced Jan. 5, 2013. It was my desire to provide a comfortable space for you to enjoy, the furniture in the condo is new (Nov. '12) along with the Stearns & Foster Euro-top Plush mattress & box spring with linens by Tommy Bahama to further enhance your stay.

  It was a great stay nice and cozy the most comfortable bed, perfect area the island market is walking distance away, steps away from the sand, nice and peacefull, just what we wanted. We were actually able to see the sun rise without leaving the condo the best view was from the balcony with a nice cup of hot coffie, couldn't ask for more. The perfect mini vacation.

  Virginia in the main office was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and courteu-s. The condo was great-it both looked and smelled very clean. The view of the beach was great! We will definitely be back next summer if not sooner.
