Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

This new luxurious, non-smoking villa has four bedrooms including two en suite masters, three baths, and a 30-foot by 15-foot, heated pool with SPA. The home sleeps up to ten people comfortably. It is 10 to 12 minutes from Disney World, two minutes away from championship golf courses, and near all the major attractions.

Our vacation home is fully licensed by the state of Florida. It is maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24-hour, seven days per week service for the guests.

Bedrooms and Baths:
* Master Bedroom 1 - king-size bed, en suite bath, cable TV, phone, and protable crib in the walk-in closet.
* Master Bedroom 2 - queen-size bed, en suite bath, cable TV, and phone.
* Bedroom 3 - two twin beds.
* Bedroom 4 - two twin beds.

There is a sofabed situated in the family room that sleeps an additional two persons if required. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player, PlayStation with small selection of games, movies, and books in living area. Separate dining area and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher detergent is also provided. High chair, crib, and cooler chest are available at no cost.

The 30-foot by 15-foot, heated, private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an eight-foot-diameter, raised, Jacuzzi spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully-screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The east-facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The stunning, extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. Overlooking orange groves, it gives a feeling of tranquillity and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

  • We really enjoyed staying at the Orlando villa! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 4 children), clean, comfortable, and spacious. We also liked the location near, but not too close to, the Orlando attractions--an easy drive in and out of Disney, Sea World, Etc. If we ever get the chance to return to the area, we'll be sure to return!

  • We stayed in your home for a week during October 2006. It was our first time taking our 4 year old to Disney World and we all really enjoyed staying at your home. The pool was really nice, and we enjoyed cooking meals in the spacious kitchen. The internet access was especially nice in helping to plan our activities each day. Although the house was about a 25 to 30 minute drive to Magic Kingdom, we really didn't mind and it was nice to come back to a quiet community after a full day at the parks. We would definitely stay here again--the value was great and well worth it!! We have already recommended the home to friends!

  • We stayed at your vacation villa in December of 2006 just prior to Christmas. It was a wonderful gated community with fantastic homes. We had plenty of room in the house to accomodate four adults and two toddlers. It was a great value, we were able to spend an additional week in Florida by staying in the villa compared to a hotel on Disney property. We were nearby to all the attractions and we had several stores in the immediate area as well. It was a wonderful choice for us.I will definitely refer the home to anyone looking to stay in the Disney area. I am sure we will be back to visit as well!
