We stayed at the home over Thanksgiving. The pool was wonderful and heating it was well worth the extra cost. The onsite caretakers responded quickly to several issues that we came across. Loved seeing hot air balloons floating over the house and the orange grove in the back. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but for the price, the house was a gem. The house is really close to a grocery store and gas station which was a huge bonus. We would stay there again.

A Wonderful way to enjoy Disney World

This was our first trip for my husband, two daughters and I to Disney World. We debated endlessly about whether to stay in a Disney Hotel or rent a property nearby. We were SO happy with our decision to stay in this rental home. It made our stay much more comfortable than if we had been crammed into a 2 Queen bed hotel room. (The only negative was having to pay for parking at Disney...$14 a day). One suggestion for anyone staying there in the fall: if you are asked if you want the private pool to be heated, do it! Even though the weather in October was beautiful (mid to upper 80s) the pool's water was quite cold. Luckily, my daughters didn't mind a bit and swam almost every day we were there! This was a wonderful home, well kept and provided a welcome retreat from the "cattle call" feeling of being a Disney Tourist:)

The home was close to Magic Kingdom and was very clean. We would stay here again! There's also a super walmart and publix close by and a walgreens, and dominos pizza. The tile floors were really nice and the pool was a bonus! The owner responded to emails and was very considerate and kind to us. We look forward to coming back again. Just a tip, we found discount walt disney world tickets at florida hospital gift shop at celebration place. Walmart also sells tickets for little less than what you'd pay at the gate.

Our family - 6 adults and 3 children - stayed at Wei's home this past spring. We totally enjoyed the home - the pool and hot tub were great and the layout of the house just right for us all. Close to all parks, grocery stores, ATM , Chili's Rest and major highways. Quiet gated neighbourhood but not lonely as there were occupied houses on both sides. The only down thing would be that the couches and chairs in great room are a little tired. Wei was wonderful to work with and we would recommend his home to anyone who wants a really good holiday.

Rented this house mid October, and really loved it. It was great to have a nice relaxing place to unwind after a long day at Disney. My two kids, ages 9 and 2 really loved the pool. This house is real close to shopping, eating, and grocery stores. Would highly recommend this house, and would definately stay here again.

Mr. Qu Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We were there for a week and just absolutely enjoyed having a home to come back to after long hot days at disney. The pool was just wonderful. Your home is large enough were 10 people could actually relax and find some quite time. Disney parks and just a few miles up the road and there is a lovely shopping center located just about two miles from the home. You are a wonderful person to work with in the renting process. We are heading home today and we are all sad to be leaving Florida. We have had a great time at Disney World and staying in this house just made our stay that much more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us and we never felt crowded. My 8 year old nephew especially enjoyed the pool!!! We really enjoyed staying at the Orlando villa! It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 4 children), clean, comfortable, and spacious. We also liked the location near, but not too close to, the Orlando attractions--an easy drive in and out of Disney, Sea World, Etc. If we ever get the chance to return to the area, we'll be sure to return!

We stayed in your home for a week during October 2006. It was our first time taking our 4 year old to Disney World and we all really enjoyed staying at your home. The pool was really nice, and we enjoyed cooking meals in the spacious kitchen. The internet access was especially nice in helping to plan our activities each day. Although the house was about a 25 to 30 minute drive to Magic Kingdom, we really didn't mind and it was nice to come back to a quiet community after a full day at the parks. We would definitely stay here again--the value was great and well worth it!! We have already recommended the home to friends!

We stayed at your vacation villa in December of 2006 just prior to Christmas. It was a wonderful gated community with fantastic homes. We had plenty of room in the house to accomodate four adults and two toddlers. It was a great value, we were able to spend an additional week in Florida by staying in the villa compared to a hotel on Disney property. We were nearby to all the attractions and we had several stores in the immediate area as well. It was a wonderful choice for us.I will definitely refer the home to anyone looking to stay in the Disney area. I am sure we will be back to visit as well!

I and my friends stayed the villa for 3 days. We went to the beautiful sites, amusements during that time. It's cool. But One thing we are sorry that we don't have much time in the villa. My entire family of nine people including three grandchildren had a wonderful time at the villa. Everything that we needed was available for our use. We stayed at the house for my son's wedding. My wife and I stayed for a week but over the weekend we had my wife's brother and sister, my other son and his girlfried and my best friend from years of growing up together. Never did we feel cramped. The neighborhood was nice and quiet for peaceful walks. The pool was refreshing. Could not ask for more. It was great!

Wow! What a fabulous vacation. The villa was extremely accomodating. It seems as if the owner has thought of everything, from a cooler to take along to the parks and a stroller incase the wee ones get tired of walking. We have given the villa's info to many friends and family and definately will rebook when returning to Florida. I must also mention the friendly people we encountered while in Florida. When in Florida, do as the Floridians do. Shop for your treasures, build sandcastles on the ocean shore and who could live without Shamu!!! If you're wondering do we reccomend Wei Qu's villa, we are return visitors need I say more. This year we decided to stay a full two weeks in order to set the pace for an entertaining yet relaxing vacation. Wei's villa is beyond just accomodating, but offers luxuries you may not otherwise afford on an average everyday basis. WE'LL BE BACK!!!

Hello Wei Qu, I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how much my family and I enjoyed renting your villa August 12-18. It couldn't have been more perfect! We spent mornings and evenings at the parks and cooled off in the pool during the hot & crowded part of each day. The house was beautiful and clean and the area was very quiet and peaceful. My husband says the mattress in our bedroom is the best he's ever slept on in his life. My whole family is looking forward to the opportunity to stay at your wonderful home again in the future. 23rd July - 29th July We had a great stay in your home, 7 adults and 1 small child fills any house, but not this one. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. The house is ideally placed for going west to Busch gardens or east to Orlando. Plenty of malls in the area and with a nice pool and safety gate for children everyone was relaxed & happy. We just returned from our week's stay in your beautiful home, June 18-25, 2005, and we had a wonderful time. It was so nice for everyone to have their own space and yet we had plenty of room to be together when we wanted to. The home is lovely and we really enjoyed the pool and everything about staying in a home versus a hotel. We vacationed with our daughter and her husband and grandson and our other daughter and everyone loved it. It is close to Disney and yet you feel like you can really get away after a hectic day in the crowds. We would definitely do it again! It was even nicer than we planned. We Came, we saw, we conquered. We loved Florida, and it was made most excellent by staying in wei qu's villa. We visited the ocean for a day, but had our own pool to come home to! A great home! It is well equipped with all essentials for comfortable for items which may be needed for daily use. The house is situated in a quiet area of the city with a secure gate to the neighborhood. We appreciated coming to this "home-away from home" after busy/ tiring days at Disney or shopping during our stay between Dec15-26/04. Originally we were to stay in this Villa 9/2 thru 9/5 but due to the hurricane we could. The owner was very helpful in allowing us to reschedule. The Villa is wonderful and located near everything. It is very clean well equiped and nicely furnished. I would definetly stay there again. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

We stayed at this beautifully decorated home for July 4th, 2004 weekend. We loved having our own pool and spa to use without the hassles of of staying in a hotel. Everything that is needed to make your stay pleasant is available from the kitchen, washer and dryer to the sony playstation for the kids. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The homeowner(Wei) is very friendly and pleasant to deal with and even called to make sure we arrived okay and that we were satisfied. This is the best home we have ever stayed in in this area and we will surely return in the future.

If you are going to vacation in Orlando this is the house you need. It is close to everything. This home has all the amenities that you will need for your stay. My family and I (total of 4 adults 2 children) had the time of our lives. This home is spacious and beautiful. We felt like we were home. I can't say enough!! Just trust me!! You will love it!! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home for 5 nights in July. The house is immaculate and truly beautiful. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us and the house was safe for her to wander about. The pleasure of having a private pool was just an added bonus. We've stayed numerous times on the Disney property, but after staying here, it's the only place I would stay in the future.
