My husband and I stayed here with our teenage daughter and my mother for ten nights in April 2013. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and could not be in a better location. There is a full kitchen with all new appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout and large windows in every room which open for fresh air and flood the apartment with gorgeous Paris light. You can walk everywhere and all groceries, restaurants, pharmacies Metro stops etc... are very close walking distance. The area is very safe but also great in that many of the bistros on nearby Rue de Bretagne serve food until midnight and are open until 2. Our favorite was Cafe Charlot on the corner. The apartment is quiet, peaceful and the perfect home away from home. Eirwen and Lee are a pleasure (and very responsive to any inquiries!) to work with. Cannot recommend this apartment highly enough! We would love to stay here again when we return to Paris.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our 8-night stay at this lovely apartment was wonderful. The apartment was completely as advertised and shown in the photos posted online. Lee, the agent who met us, was pleasant, thorough, and was available to us via phone if we had any needs or questions. We were two grandparents travelling with our 3-year-old granddaughter, so the set-up was perfect for us. There is no door in the opening between the smaller bedroom and the master bedroom, which is fine when you are with a child. The apartment was plentifully stocked with linens, dishes, wi-fi, flat screen TV, kitchen necessities, etc. The only thing we wished was that there was a clothes dryer in addition to the clothes washer, as it is not practical to hang wet clothing out to dry. The bathroom was great, and the deep bathtub was delightful. The heat worked well and made the apartment toasty on cool October evenings. We did notice that there is no air conditioning, which was not an issue for us in October. The building is very secure, with a passcode to get in the first door, and a key to get into the inner courtyard. The neighborhood is fabulous, plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and public transportation immediately nearby. We highly recommend this apartment to all couples, or families traveling with a child.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
