Visit our "dream come true" in this 1500-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium on pristine Flagler Beach. This unit is situated on the second floor of the Nautilus building. The building and grounds are very well maintained as many of the owners live there year round. You will see lots of TLC just about everywhere you look.
Our unit has gorgeous ocean views from every window, including two sliding glass doors that open up to a large balcony overlooking the sea. Start your day by waking up to the sights and sounds of crashing waves right outside the sliding glass door in the master bedroom.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony as you plan your day with as much or little activity as you like, be it basking by the pool or on the beach, working out in our amply stocked fitness center that overlooks the pool, playing a few sets of tennis on our on-site ocean front tennis court, or enjoying a round of golf on the public golf course right across the street. If fishing or boating are your cup of tea, we are very convenient to a marina and a public boat ramp.
Treat yourself to dinner in one of the area's fine restaurants and pubs. If you choose to wander a little bit we are just a 15-minute scenic drive to Ormond and Daytona Beaches, which offer plenty of extras in dining, shopping, and entertainment. We are just down the road from Marineland, one of Florida's oldest and most popular attractions.
Historic Saint Augustine is nearby as well. We are centrally located to many of Florida's larger attractions such as Disney and Sea World. Why bake in Orlando when you can enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes in Flagler Beach just an hour away?
