About the owner: After raising our 3 children we have decided to do some travelling. You will find a truly peaceful and amazing setting as well as a functional and comfortable home.
Why the Owner Chose Other Pelican Marsh Properties:
If you want to be in the heart of North Naples, close to beaches and Mercato but value luxury and privacy, this is the home for you. Incredible architecture with cupola and private driveway awaits. The beds and linens are top quality. The kitchen is accessorized with all you need if you like to cook. But restaurants are close by if not. There is a BBQ gas grill by the heated pool. Property is very well maintained. Too many surprises to show in pictures or tell you about. Be prepared to be happy.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I would say the main thing about our house that most people love is the nature. All the animals we see are amazing, especially turtles and birds. We live on a protected swamp area which is totally natural. We have planted papayas, mangos, avocados, blackberries, lemons, guavas, pineapples, mulberries, and more. You never know what might be ripe during your stay. They are all organic. We have a part time gardener that keeps up everything so it it is beautiful. Native plants, roses, flowers, bromeliads, seasonal fruit and veggies. It is just paradise. The interior of the house is gorgeous as well for a totally refined taste. We have over 3,500 square feet with large rooms and high ceilings. Flooring is mostly marble but wood in the 2 back bedrooms and carpet in the master. There is a beautiful mural with moving bridge upon entry. (trick of the eye). We have a reverse osmosis water filter so you can be sure of high quality water. Rich organic soil for gardening is available on property in pre-built beds if someone desires. We garden year round here but the best planting season would be Dec.-April. We have left a extensive Reading Library for your pleasure. Additional pictures sent on request.
