Welcome to our completely remodeled condo in the perfect location. It's just a quick walk across the boardwalk right behind us to the beach, plus just a couple of blocks from the 'heart' of Port Aransas and all the cute beach shops, restaurants, grocery store etc. Kick back and enjoy the best of both worlds!
Our condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed, a huge walk-in closet, lots of built-ins and shelves for storage, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Twin rollaway bed and couch provide extra sleeping. Large new flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom with DVD players. Private patio area. French-style refrigerator with freezer and ice maker at the bottom. Pool is conveniently located just a few steps away. Lots of cute decor and designer touches make this a warm and welcoming spot to enjoy your vacation!

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Villas:
We purchased this condo because our daughter owns one there and we want to be able to vacation together in Port Aransas. Several trips to the area convinced us this was the perfect place to spend some Island Time! We had fun decorating the condo and picking out decor items. Now we can enjoy the beach, and want to share it with you!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Private boardwalk just beyond the pool area is so convenient. You can be on the beach in a 3-minute walk over the dunes. We love the fact that this is a small, quiet and friendly complex, not a huge impersonal high-rise.
