We loved being in your home. I was glad to have a tide chart on the fridge and it was great having privacy instead of living in one motel room with 2 adults and 3 teens! The pool was clean and well maintained. It was good to be near good seafood at Calabash. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. I was not able to get hot water in the shower even after I turned on the breaker but everything else was peachy.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Location is nice and convenient to the beach - and is on a quiet end of N Ocean Blvd, about 2 miles to the stores and restaurants etc. Unit is large and the community pool was nice. We were disappointed that the showers in particular were not clean – we spent 20+ minutes cleaning those before we felt comfortable using them. There is too much “stuff” in the unit, food in the fridge and cupboards, cough medicine on the kitchen counters, soaps and lotions in the bathrooms, clothes in the wardrobes and some of the draws.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.
Owner response: Glad you guys enjoyed the house. We do have stuff in the cabinets, and drawers as we also still use the house. There should only be condiments in the fridge. We will make sure medications are put up. I will personally check the showers before the next person comes in. The showers are older and may not look clean, but are. We hope you will consider us on your next vacation.
