This unit sleeps up to 4. Nicely located on the Comal River, next to Rockin R River Outfitters, and 2 doors down from the last public exit. On site is our famous Di's Homemade Pizza restaurant, Kool Shak Water Ice, and the exciting Paddle Board Outfitter. The unit has a 2 burner stove, microwave, sink, dorm refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, blender, and all linens. We have 2 decks for your shared use, one up top and one down at the waters edge. Access in and out of the river. We have 2 barbecue pits on the water side and one in front of the units for shared use. Our cozy rooms are great for families, as they have party room doors between them and can be unlocked or locked. We are within walking distance of most things in New Braunfels and Gruene is just 3.6 miles from your door. Lots to do and so little time to do it all. Parking is very hard to come by in New Braunfels so this room is STRICTLY limited to ONE vehicle. 'Park It and Forget It'.

We had a great time, the place is wonderful. We would diffently be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My name is Beth Hall and my husband is Craig. We have 3 sons, 2 in college and one senior ready for college. We love the rivers and all the versatility here in our areas. We come from a park ranger background as my husband was a park ranger in Utah on an island out in the middle of the Great Salt Lake. We love the outdoor life and have found ourselves very blessed by God to have been given such a beautiful gift from Him to share with others. We work hard and take great pride in our properties. My husband and I both graduated from high school here in New Braunfels. We love it so much and we hope you will love it, too.
Why the Owner Chose New Braunfels:
This property sat on a huge green half acre when we bought it back in 2oo3. The house was the only thing on it and my husband sold the house 2 times before it was finally listed for sale by owner. My husband is a commercial real estate broker. He bought it the 3rd time and had a vision of building the lodge on it. In 2004 we opened the Wasser Haus & Lodge. This property has blessed us over and over again with hundreds of wonderful customers.
The Unique Benefits at this Lodge:
My favorite part of this property is first thing in the morning, I get my coffee and go out on the deck really early. I see hawks, ducks flying up and down the river, squirrels, red birds, and fish jumping. It's like being in the middle of nowhere. Come share a cup with me.
