This luxuriously furnished spacious condo offers family members privacy plus lots of room to share games, meals, and tales of your day's adventures. Escape to one of three mountain decorated bedrooms, outfitted with a luxurious King in the Master, King in the Second Bedroom, and 2 twins in the Third. Or enjoy time out on the back deck with a wonderful view of Rich Mountain and the sounds of the bustling creek. Also boasts a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 8 people comfortably. Right out side the front door and around the building is the trail to Bear Lake Reserves Amazing Lake Front Club House. A short Hike and you can enjoy all the activities both the lake and the Clubhouse have to offer.

Laughing Trout Camp (LTC) provides an easy access to water adventures on Bear Lake. (Sundrops and LTC is on your way and the fun is included in your rental). Travel time from cottage is 15 minutes.
