Owners personal home so is pristine with all upgrades for a perfect stay in Montauk. 2 bedrooms both have queen beds and plenty closet space. Downstairs is an open area with 2 full on full bunk beds and 2 full sized futons. Full bathroom with tub shower upstairs and full bath with shower stall downstairs. Central a/c 2 spacious decks with west up and east downstairs. Bbq, outdoor shower (not enclosed), plenty of parking for overflow of guests. Home could comfortably sleep 10-12. Ice maker, newer appliances, cable tv, wifi, large utility area for storage of beach gear, and surfboards. 5 minute walk to ditch plains beach.

                        This property was more than we had hoped for and even more amazing than the pictures. The house was impecably clean and the location was fantastic. We could wake up every morning and head to Ditch Plains beach, grab our coffee from Ditch Witch and had the house close enough that anyone could head back to nap at their leisure. We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for the authentic Montauk experience.

                      About the owner: we are Long time owners who have always spent our summers in Montauk, but relocated to south Florida and are unable to use the home as much as we would like~ we love the beach and surfing but most of all the laid back feeling of Montauk~ very family friendly~

                      The Unique Benefits at this House:
                      Walking distance to the beach~ no expensive beach parking passes required when you can walk or ride a bike~ best waves for surfing in Montauk and maybe the North~East coast~ bonfires on the beach, long walks along the ocean. Great restaurants and fun Nightlife. Train service from NYC via Long Island RR~
