Have a great summer vacation on Long Beach Island in our 4BR classic ranch in Loveladies Harbour.

You will enjoy expansive water views over undeveloped marshes and the wide mouth-of-the-bay lagoon from the gorgeous new deck and from inside the house.

Enjoy the beautiful white sand private Loveladies beaches just a couple blocks bike ride, walk or drive. Shower on your return in our private outside shower with dressing room.

Tie up at our personal boat dock for quick entrance to Barnegat Bay in your sail or motor boat. Graduated water access for swimming and a wide open calm water area is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, or enjoying relaxing in nature as you canoe through the marsh to for sunset or bird watching.

There is plenty of room in the house. Located towards the end of a quiet, Family friendly cul-de-sac on the widest street in Loveladies with dog walkers, kids bicycling, others rollerblading, running and walking. The ice cream truck comes by in the evening. And, we have plenty of off street parking spaces.

The house is ready for you: gas grill on the deck, WiFi, cable, air conditioning, living room ceiling fan, washer/dryer, dishwasher...all you need at your fingertips for an easygoing vacation at the shore.

                    Long Beach Island (LBI) is a barrier island and summer colony on the coast of Ocean County, New Jersey. But this is not the 'jersey shore.' Our house is on the north end of the island in a quiet, family area not far from the mini golf, amusement park, bar and restaurant area of the island. Our house is in a fantastic location: on the mouth of Manahawkin Bay and only a couple blocks from the Loveladies ocean beach where there are lifeguards and parking. We are also close to tennis courts and the LBI Arts Foundation which has programs for all ages including morning camp for younger children, the Barnegat Lighthouse and nature area, fishing boat marina, and all the fun stuff you can do on the water. We have a private dock, so you can bring your boat and sail or motor in the bay or get out into the ocean. It's a classic ranch beach house with none of the fuss of the multi-level mc-mansions.                   About the owner: Since 1965 this house is the 'down the shore' destination for family, friends and renting families (as they say in Philly). What else could you possibly want: With comfy 4 bedrooms, one great room for cooking/eating/relaxing, and a new larger deck, you have space for everything you need inside -- and set in a great place for all the water activities and other fun things to do that make it summertime.

                  Why the Owner Chose Loveladies:
                  Our house is in a special place with gorgeous views, beautiful light, and shore bird sightings. This end of LBI is not overflowing with bars & mini golf - although those activities are not far away. Coming from the Philadelphia, New York or Northern New Jersey, you're on vacation all that. You can easily go to area where the action is and return home to the quiet tides and calming views.

                  The Unique Benefits at this House:
                  In addition to water access right in our 'back yard, Loveladies ocean beach access is just 3 blocks away. You can bike to the LBI Arts Foundation for tennis lessons & kids camps, plus family and adult activities like morning exercise & yoga classes, and art shows. Also nearby are the Viking Village shops, fish markets, vegetable stand, the Old Barney lighthouse and Poppy's Ice Cream Parlor in Barnegat Light.
