Welcome to condo 1501 located on the 15th floor of the beautiful edgewater beach property. Bring the family and relax in our 2 bedroom condo that accommodates 6 guests! Just steps from our two sparkling pools and beach, unit 1501 has fabulous views of the gulf of mexico and of the bay! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is decorated in safari style, it has a king size bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms for added comfort. Our spacious balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy dining while checking out the view. Both bedrooms have carpet, and the rest of the condo has tile floors.
This unit is complete with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The living area has a flat screen television, dvd player and a stereo system. Both bedrooms have flat screen televisions and dvd players. A full size washer and dryer are available for your added convenience. There is also a safe in the condo for valuables. Cable television is provided along with free wireless internet. Both bathrooms have hair dryers installed.
The front desk/concierge at edgewater is available from 7:30 a.M. To 6:00 p.M. And offers convenient on site check in. 24 hour maintenance is always available. Edgewater has an on-site state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna. The property also has 2 sparkling pools, one which is fed by a waterfall, a children's splash pool, and a heated spa. We have gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts, and a professional putting green. Enjoy lunch and drinks at our tiki bar and grill with your free $20.00 gift certificate (minimum one week stay). You can relax on our beautiful beach with free daily beach set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay.
Famous for our snowbird club, our winter guests enjoy planned daily activities as well as golf and other discounts. Edgewater also has many nightly activities during the winter season including our mardi gras ball.
The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are within walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and seafood markets. The world famous silver sands outlet mall is just across the street. Water sports, parasailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.
Destin is one of the world's luckiest fishing villages. Edgewater beach condominium is a family friendly resort and by far the most fabulous resort in this natural paradise.
*edgewater does not charge the customary end of stay cleaning fee for daily, weekly or monthly stays. Winter guest also receive a free mini clean for each month of their stay.
Our condominium is 'no smoking'. Edgewater policy prohibits pets and rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
