We are at the north end of lemon bay, from the dock or lanai see dolphins, manatees, fish jumping and sea birds flying. Walk, drive or cycle to englewood beach just a mile away. There are just 48 units in the gated complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained in a tropical style. There is a beautiful pool area with gas barbecue, shuffleboard, spa and also tennis court for your enjoyment, there are also informal social gatherings from time to time. This condominium will give you much enjoyment away from the cold winters, relaxing by the pool, fishing from the dock or watching the wildlife from the lanai, lemon bay breezes condominiums are ideal in every way.                       About the owner: We have owned this beautiful condo for four years, having also bought a lake view house on rotunda in englewood too, but we like to be close to the beach and the water for boating when we are in Florida. We live full time in the uk but would like to retire to englewood in the future if possible.
